la formaci\u00f3 organitzada pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha de garantir la coher\u00e8ncia amb els objectius del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i la complementarietat necess\u00e0ria entre la planificaci\u00f3 realitzada des del territori (serveis territorials i serveis educatius) i la formaci\u00f3 organitzada pels serveis centrals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"addtoany_share_save_container addtoany_content_bottom\">Als Plans de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona (PFZ) els correspon donar resposta a les necessitats detectades en el territori, a partir de la detecci\u00f3 de necessitats dels centres i del professorat del seu \u00e0mbit territorial i elaboraran la proposta formativa del PFZ (descentralitzada), prenent en consideraci\u00f3 les propostes de formaci\u00f3 de les unitats del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"addtoany_share_save_container addtoany_content_bottom\">Els PFZ s\u00f3n el marc en qu\u00e8 es recollir\u00e0 la major part de l\u2019oferta formativa, preferentment la formaci\u00f3 en centre i per a centres que afecti els centres i\/o els docents de la seva zona d\u2019actuaci\u00f3, independentment que la gesti\u00f3 i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de les activitats sigui centralitzada, territorialitzada o descentralitzada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"addtoany_share_save_container addtoany_content_bottom\">Els objectius de formaci\u00f3 permanent volen donar resposta a les necessitats d\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament professional del professorat, dels centres educatius i dels equips de professionals del Servei d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya, i s\u00f3n el marc de refer\u00e8ncia com\u00fa per a la planificaci\u00f3 de les propostes formatives del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.\u00a0Els objectius s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consolidar un model d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge amb un enfocament competencial.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avaluar els aprenentatges competencials des d\u2019una perspectiva formadora, amb la implicaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 dels alumnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural i la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa i ling\u00fc\u00edstica dels alumnes en el marc del desenvolupament del pluriling\u00fcisme efectiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universalitzar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada i el suport a les necessitats individuals d\u2019aprenentatge de tots els alumnes en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne per acompanyar-lo en el seu aprenentatge i ajudar-lo en la presa de decisions sobre el seu itinerari formatiu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potenciar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic en la funci\u00f3 directiva per al desenvolupament de models innovadors per a la millora continua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consolidar la qualitat en la gesti\u00f3 i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres i dels seus projectes educatius en el marc de la seva autonomia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar i consolidar el desenvolupament dels plans educatius d\u2019entorn i altres projectes comunitaris.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure la relaci\u00f3 dels centres amb altres centres, fam\u00edlies, institucions i\/o empreses per millorar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa i enfortir els \u00e0mbits competencials i\/o professionals de l\u2019alumnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals dels docents per adequar-les a les necessitats del context educatiu, social, digital, tecnol\u00f2gic i laboral.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>La detecci\u00f3 de necessitats<\/strong><br \/>\nLa detecci\u00f3 de necessitats \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s d\u2019acompanyament i d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 als centres educatius en el qual es determina quina \u00e9s la formaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per aconseguir un model educatiu de qualitat. Per aquest motiu, cal alinear les necessitats formatives detectades en els centres educatius (Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Centre) amb els objectius del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Cada curs, durant el mes de maig, el CRP es posa en contacte amb els centres per dissenyar la proposta del Pla de Formaci\u00f3 de Zona.
