Aquest manual breu presenta l\u2019Enfocament Restauratiu Global (ERG)<\/strong> aplicat a l\u2019\u00e0mbit escolar, amb l\u2019objectiu de redefinir la gesti\u00f3 del conflicte i fomentar un entorn educatiu basat en la comunitat i la reparaci\u00f3. Inclou quatre dossiers clau: una reflexi\u00f3 sobre el canvi de mirada (conflicte, c\u00e0stig i prevenci\u00f3), la pr\u00e0ctica dels cercles proactius, el desenvolupament d\u2019habilitats de pau (com la comunicaci\u00f3 no violenta i l\u2019escolta emp\u00e0tica) i eines per a pr\u00e0ctiques responsives (converses i reunions restauratives). Va dirigit tant a centres que comencen a interessar-se pel paradigma restauratiu, com a professionals que ja el fan servir, i destaca per la seva aproximaci\u00f3 senzilla per\u00f2 completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
