\"\"<\/a>Ci\u00e8ncia per Nadal \u00e9s un projecte iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3 Bosch i Cardellach, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019Ajuntament de Sabadell, que t\u00e9 com a finalitat familiaritzar els ciutadans amb els m\u00e8todes que fa servir la ci\u00e8ncia per adquirir coneixement. Compta amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels estudiants i professors de centres educatius de la ciutat, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 obert a tota la ciutadania. A trav\u00e9s de la revisi\u00f3 de casos concrets d\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de coneixement cient\u00edfic es pret\u00e9n que els ciutadans coneguin les peculiaritats de la manera de treballar dels cient\u00edfics, i sobre tot, aclarir qu\u00e8 separa el coneixement cient\u00edfic d\u2019altres propostes \u201calternatives\u201d, tant de moda en l\u2019actualitat.<\/p>\n

L’acte central va ser el passat divendres 17 de desembre.\u00a0 La confer\u00e8ncia Com \u00e9s una dieta equilibrada?<\/em><\/strong>, va anar a c\u00e0rrec de\u00a0Claudi Mans<\/strong>, Doctor en Qu\u00edmica per la UB, Catedr\u00e0tic jubilat i Professor em\u00e8rit d\u2019Enginyeria Qu\u00edmica a la UB.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 es va visualitzar un v\u00eddeo amb els p\u00f2sters fets per l’alumnat de diversos centres educatius de Sabadell sobre el m\u00e8tode cient\u00edfic, la dieta i les prefer\u00e8ncies sensorials en tom\u00e0quets.<\/p>\n
