{"id":512,"count":2,"description":"<h4><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">PROJECTE RECONNECT-ES<\/span><\/h4>\r\nEl Projecte Reconnect-ES, \u00e9s una iniciativa del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional destinada a reduir l\u2019Abandonament Escolar Prematur (AEP) i facilitar l\u2019acompanyament personalitzat dels joves que han abandonat els estudis entre 16 i 24 anys.\r\n\r\nEntenem l\u2019Abandonament Escolar Prematur\u00a0 quan la\u00a0 persona no ha completat l\u2019ESO o havent-la finalitzat no ha acabat la segona etapa d\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria (postobligat\u00f2ria) i no segueix cap mena d\u2019educaci\u00f3 o formaci\u00f3.\r\n<h6><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Qu\u00e8 fem?<\/span><\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Orientaci\u00f3, acompanyament i seguiment de l\u2019alumnat de 16 a 24 anys que ha abandonat els estudis amb la finalitat que es reincorporin al sistema educatiu.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els agents socioeducatius del territori per optimitzar l\u2019acompanyament de la persona jove que ha abandonat el sistema educatiu.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb tota la comunitat educativa en el disseny i la planificaci\u00f3 d\u2019actuacions de prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019AEP.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h6><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Com ho fem?<\/span><\/h6>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb els agents implicats en el projecte: equip d\u2019educadores socials i Subdirecci\u00f3 General d\u2019Orientaci\u00f3, Participaci\u00f3 i Benestar de l\u2019Alumnat.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Treball en xarxa amb els diferents agents socioeducatius, recursos socials, comunitat educativa i fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Formaci\u00f3 permanent, participaci\u00f3 en comissions, seminaris, grups de treball, formacions educatives.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental1\/categoria\/orientacio\/","name":"Orientaci\u00f3 Educativa","slug":"orientacio","taxonomy":"category","parent":0,"meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories\/512","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomies\/category"}],"wp:post_type":[{"href":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/vallesoccidental1\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts?categories=512"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
