orientaci\u00f3 en llengua, interculturalitat i cohesi\u00f3 social, que donen suport al professorat en el treball de la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica de tot l\u2019alumnat en general, i en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat procedent de processos migratoris i a l\u2019alumnat amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit dels centres educatius i els plans educatius d\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p>Els destinataris s\u00f3n els centres educatius, els equips directius, el professorat, l&#8217;alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies i altres agents de la comunitat educativa, amb la finalitat de promoure la cohesi\u00f3 social mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana com a eix vertebrador i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural basada en la igualtat, la solidaritat i el respecte a la diversitat de cultures.<\/p>\n<p>Els professionals que hi treballen s\u00f3n docents dels cossos de mestres i de professorat d&#8217;ensenyament
