Alhora, permet generar un entramat de vincles i connexions entre professionals orientades a la millora dels centres.<\/p>\n<p>El treball en xarxa implica l\u2019obertura dels centres en una doble direcci\u00f3, des de dins cap a fora amb la voluntat de compartir neguits i experi\u00e8ncies i, al mateix temps, de fora cap a dins,\u00a0 amb la predisposici\u00f3 a rebre altres mirades que poden il\u00b7luminar amb noves perspectives el que est\u00e0 vivint el centre.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 demostrat que el treball de la xarxa incideix de manera efectiva i positiva en els centres si els seus professionals s\u2019hi impliquen i participen de manera activa.
