En una segona part de la sessi\u00f3, la comissi\u00f3 operativa del PEE 0-20 es va reunir amb els t\u00e8cnics d&#8217;integraci\u00f3 social (TIS) per detallar les seves funcions en aquest projecte educatiu pilot que inicia la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 en comissions de treball facilita la coordinaci\u00f3 dels agents educatius. I permet elaborar projectes d&#8217;\u00e0mbit comunitari que presentin accions orientades a donar suport a l&#8217;alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies. Aix\u00ed s\u2019iniciaran tallers per donar suport a la tasca educativa, tallers per fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies, promoci\u00f3 de la participaci\u00f3 en activitats d\u2019educaci\u00f3 no formal (a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019itineraris formatius i foment del servei comunitari), dinamitzaci\u00f3 de les biblioteques com a espai de trobada, accions d\u2019acollida (cursos en llengua d\u2019origen com el que s\u2019inicia dilluns 23 de setembre, amb gran \u00e8xit de participaci\u00f3) i actuacions que promoguin h\u00e0bits saludables (com les activitats al voltant de la Setmana de la Mobilitat que han tingut lloc recentment).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els PEE 0-20? Avan\u00e7ar en els projectes comunitaris per facilitar el cont\u00ednuum educatiu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els plans educatius d\u2019entorn 0-20 s\u2019impulsen en 5 municipis: T\u00e0rrega, l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat, Ripoll, Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts i Esplugues de Llobregat. Es posen en marxa l\u2019any 2019 i s\u2019impulsaran durant un per\u00edode de dos anys (finalitza el 2021) com un programa adre\u00e7at a tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Es concep com una nova forma d\u2019entendre l\u2019educaci\u00f3. S\u2019abastar\u00e0 els infants de 0-3 anys i les seves fam\u00edlies, i als joves d\u2019ensenyaments postobligatoris fins als 20 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, es prioritzaran les accions encaminades a refor\u00e7ar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 entre els 0 i els 3 anys: facilitant la transici\u00f3 a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, permetent la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 i garantint l\u2019acompanyament a les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 postobligat\u00f2ria, la voluntat \u00e9s que tot l\u2019alumnat abans dels 20 anys obtingui una titulaci\u00f3 d\u2019educaci\u00f3\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 postobligat\u00f2ria o una certificaci\u00f3 laboral, que li permeti continuar els estudis o inserir-se laboralment.<\/p>\n<p>El servei d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0mbit comunitari (SOAC) ha de servir per acompanyar i orientar als alumnes que ho necessitin de forma coordinada entre tots els agents de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Es crearan tamb\u00e9 els Itineraris formatius personalitzats per a cada alumne, que han de vincular els aprenentatges formals (educaci\u00f3 reglada) i no formals (altres espais que ofereixen oportunitats d\u2019aprenentatge) per donar resposta a les seves necessitats i interessos. L\u2019itinerari \u00e9s la traject\u00f2ria formativa que fa l\u2019alumne per construir amb \u00e8xit el seu projecte de vida des de la perspectiva acad\u00e8mica, personal i social, i amb l&#8217;ajuda dels docents, fam\u00edlia i altres professionals de la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Impacte dels plans d\u2019entorn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En total, hi ha 128 plans d\u2019entorn en 109 municipis de diferents territoris, fet que suposa la participaci\u00f3 de 1.293 centres i 408.955 alumnes, en dades del curs 2017-2018.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta nova etapa, els PEE 0-20 seran avaluats un cop passats els dos anys d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 per l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 de Pol\u00edtiques P\u00fabliques &#8211; Iv\u00e0lua.
