Com m\u2019imagino un nou model de ZER o una ZER refor\u00e7ada?<\/p>\n<p>En un primer moment s\u2019ha fet una breu presentaci\u00f3 dels diferents \u00e0mbits d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 del Secretariat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Situaci\u00f3 del Secretariat i els seus \u00e0mbits. <a href=\"http:\/\/escolaruralsecretariat.blogspot.com\/\">http:\/\/escolaruralsecretariat.blogspot.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Explicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Oberc.<a href=\"http:\/\/oberc.fmr.cat\/\"> http:\/\/oberc.fmr.cat\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>La situaci\u00f3 actual del Secretariat i els seus \u00e0mbits, aix\u00ed com un petit recorregut per la seva hist\u00f2ria i el vincle amb l\u2019administraci\u00f3 i entitats. Es pot trobar m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 a la web <a href=\"http:\/\/oberc.fmr.cat\/\">http:\/\/oberc.fmr.cat\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>El projecte FROPOMAR arrel d\u2019una convocat\u00f2ria d\u2019un ERASMUS+. Un dels aspectes que destaca \u00e9s el fet que es constata que el model organitzatiu de l\u2019escola rural a Catalunya \u00e9s un model \u00fanic i que som un referent al m\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Din\u00e0miques, composici\u00f3 i el funcionament de la taula de rurals que convoca trimestralment el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3. Els temes d\u2019aquesta taula els pot proposar tant el Departament com els mateixos integrants de la taula.<\/li>\n<li>La vinculaci\u00f3 de la Federaci\u00f3 de Moviments de Renovaci\u00f3 Pedag\u00f2gica amb les escoles rurals<\/li>\n<li>El treball del Secretariat. Es tracta d\u2019un grup per conversar, compartir, debatre, \u2026 sobre pedagogia mirant sempre de fer les trobades en diferents escoles per compartir els projectes educatius i la identitat d\u2019aquell centre o ZER. Aquest grup \u00e9s vinculat a l\u2019ICE de la UAB i \u00e9s reconegut.<\/li>\n<li>Les idees a destacar s\u00f3n:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Projecte educatiu de ZER: com element central.<\/li>\n<li>Els models d\u2019agrupaments de ZER.<\/li>\n<li>Lideratge compartit, sobre com hauria de ser el model d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i direcci\u00f3 de ZER.<\/li>\n<li>Una mirada pedag\u00f2gica de ZER.<\/li>\n<li>Encaix de model ZER de la zona amb el model ZER de pa\u00eds. Haur\u00edem de poder trobar diferents models d\u2019agrupament per tal de que tots se sentin c\u00f2modes i no hi hagi una p\u00e8rdua d\u2019identitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cap on va l\u2019escola rural?:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pot ser hi ha d\u2019haver un perfil de mestre d\u2019escola rural<\/li>\n<li>equip directiu: ha d\u2019impulsar bones pr\u00e0ctiques, la cohesi\u00f3 d\u2019equip d\u2019escola i de ZER (un equip engrescador i arrossegador)<\/li>\n<li>Com respectem les escoles amb el projecte ZER<\/li>\n<li>Burocr\u00e0cia: doblada?, massa burocr\u00e0cia, en exc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Creativitat i Emprenedoria de cada ZER a partir del nostre entorn. Cada ZER ha de treballar les dues vessants sempre tenint en compte el context real.<\/li>\n<li>Donar una m\u00e0 a les Escoles Rurals Europees. Plataformes Europees.<\/li>\n<li>Diversitat de criteris segons SSTT, Inspecci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en la vida de la ZER<\/li>\n<li>El Grau d\u2019Autonomia de l\u2019Escola condiciona la ZER<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resum de la trobada del Secretariat del dia 4 de maig.
