En concret, T\u00e0rrega ser\u00e0 el primer de la prov\u00edncia on es desplegar\u00e0 la nova fase del PEE 0-20, que potenciar\u00e0 la participaci\u00f3 de tota la comunitat educativa en la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i joves a partir del treball en xarxa.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En la presentaci\u00f3 van assistir representants institucionals de l\u2019Ajuntament de T\u00e0rrega i el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3. Per ordre de participaci\u00f3, van intervenir la Sra. Rosa Perell\u00f3, alcaldessa de la ciutat, el Sr. Ramon Simon, director <span style=\"color: #000000;\">general d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 a la Fam\u00edlia i Comunitat Educativa, el Sr. Carles Vega, director dels ST del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 a Lleida, la Sra. Gen\u00e9 Gord\u00f3, subdirectora general de Suport i Atenci\u00f3 a la Comunitat Educativa, el Sr. Jaume Vi\u00f1als, cap del Servei de Suport a la Comunitat Educativa, la Sra. Olga Mesalles, inspectora d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, i les dues t\u00e8cniques del PEE 0-20.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Els participants van explicar el marc conceptual del nou pla educatiu d\u2019entorn, els objectius que vol assolir i les possibles actuacions. Aix\u00ed mateix, es va destacar que els centres educatius poden d\u2019adherir-se a la nova proposta participant en un programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\"><b>Novetats del PEE 0-20<\/b><\/h5>\n<p align=\"justify\">S\u00f3n dues les novetats del PEE 0-20 respecte al programa que ja s\u2019aplicava a T\u00e0rrega des de l\u2019any 2005: la creaci\u00f3 del servei d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00e0mbit comunitari (SOAC) i l\u2019extensi\u00f3 del marc d\u2019atenci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en el seu itinerari educatiu (dels 0 als 20 anys).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En concret, el SOAC es crea per facilitar l\u2019acompanyament de l\u2019alumnat 0-20 i a les seves fam\u00edlies al llarg de tot el proc\u00e9s educatiu i, de manera molt especial, en els moments de canvi entre etapes educatives (pas de la llar d\u2019infants a escola, i d\u2019aquesta als centres educatius superiors i al m\u00f3n del treball). El servei t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu de millorar les expectatives d\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de l\u2019alumnat i les fam\u00edlies, i evitar l\u2019absentisme i l\u2019abandonament escolar a trav\u00e9s de la detecci\u00f3 de possibles dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge i seguiments personalitzats de cada alumne.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La nova proposta del PEE ent\u00e9n que les accions personalitzades per acompanyar l\u2019alumnat en el seu itinerari formatiu (els anomenats itineraris formatius personalitzats) van m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del temps lectiu. Aquesta nova mirada global de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 promou la connexi\u00f3 i complementarietat dels aprenentatges que s\u2019adquireixen en contextos formals i no formals de la seva vida.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\"><b>Potenciar el treball en xarxa<\/b><\/h5>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aquest nou projecte 0-20, que incideix en el fet que els aprenentatges deixen d\u2019estar associats exclusivament al context escolar, posa especial atenci\u00f3 en els aprenentatges que tenen lloc en contextos pels quals transita l\u2019alumnat (educaci\u00f3 no formal, fam\u00edlia, lleure educatiu, xarxes socials&#8230;) i en les connexions que s\u2019estableixen entre ells. Aix\u00f2 explica la rellev\u00e0ncia de potenciar el treball i l\u2019aprenentatge en xarxa, que ja s\u2019estava duent a terme al territori, com a model organitzatiu. Segons el nou model del PEE, doncs, cal aquesta acci\u00f3 coordinada entre els diferents agents de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 formal i no formal, per donar continu\u00eftat i coher\u00e8ncia als aprenentatges que es donen en els espais formals i no formals on transcorre la vida de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A m\u00e9s de T\u00e0rrega, aquesta iniciativa tamb\u00e9 es duu a terme a Ripoll, Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts, l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat i Esplugues de Llobregat.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 26 de febrer es va presentar a la ciutat de T\u00e0rrega la iniciativa del PEE 0-20, un pla pilot que s\u2019impulsa en cinc municipis catalans.
