{"id":16113,"date":"2019-02-28T10:09:34","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T09:09:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/urgell\/?p=16113"},"modified":"2019-03-01T12:10:48","modified_gmt":"2019-03-01T11:10:48","slug":"trobada-del-secretariat-escola-heurom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/urgell\/general\/trobada-del-secretariat-escola-heurom\/","title":{"rendered":"Trobada del Secretariat &#8211; Escola Heurom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\">Perafita \u2013 16 de Febrer de 2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\"><b>RESUM I ACORDS DE LA TROBADA:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\"><b>1.- Benvinguda institucional de l\u2019alcalde i regidor de Perafita:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\">Ens animen als mestres de les escoles rurals i al mateix secretariat a seguir treballant pel futur i el present del poble.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\"><b>2.- Debat a l\u2019entorn del Secretariat i de la seva coordinaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\">Hi ha canvis en l\u2019equip directiu del <b>SER (Secretariat d\u2019Escola Rural)<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\">On est\u00e0 en aquest moment? A quins projectes est\u00e0 vinculat el SER?<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-2717174623456253521gmail-western\">Actualment hi ha 84 <b>ZERs. <\/b>El<b> <\/b>SER te relaci\u00f3 amb el Departament a partir de la <b>Taula de Rurals.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Hi ha un grup de coordinaci\u00f3, oberta a tothom, que es troba regularment (trimestral) a Manresa, com a punt m\u00e9s c\u00e8ntric<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">En els darrers anys s\u2019ha creat un grup amb una mirada m\u00e9s pedag\u00f2gica. Es troben tres o quatre cops l\u2019any.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Tamb\u00e9 el secretariat est\u00e0 vinculat a altres projectes: <\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>OBERC<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"> (observatori escola rural de Catalunya). En aquest ens hem vinculat a un Erasmus+. <\/span><\/span><a name=\"m_-2717174623456253521__6m9hxiwzkokt\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>GIER (<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">grup interuniversitari escola rural). 8 universitats que cada curs organitzen unes jornades adre\u00e7ades a estudiants.<\/span><\/span><a name=\"m_-2717174623456253521__2cjkywl58gsj\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>CEIER<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">: Coordinaci\u00f3 e Innovaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Escola Rural<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>Cap on ens agradaria que camines el Secretariat:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Ens podem imaginar el futur del Secretariat si analitzem el present i fem propostes per aquest present. Els mestres actuals no vinculen la \u201crealitat\u201d amb el Secretariat.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Un dels aspectes que ara podem tenir sobre la taula \u00e9s:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>E<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>l model de ZER: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Quins models d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 ens imaginem? <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">N&#8217;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">hi ha m\u00e9s ?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Com recull les particularitats i identitats de cada escola i de cada poble?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>3.- Objectius de futur del Secretariat:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Objectius de futur del Secretariat:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Demanar una reuni\u00f3 amb el Departament per explicar<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b> el projecte<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>Secretariat<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Organitzar una trobada per debatre el futur organitzatiu de diferents escoles rurals (ZER i altres) .<\/span><\/span><a name=\"m_-2717174623456253521__llwfz5vwiltx\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Hem de treballar per tal de que els mestres vegin que el Secretariat \u00e9s un element que els pot ajudar a la seva tasca com a docents o com escola <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">(es far\u00e0 reunions, correus directes,&#8230;). <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Trobades a cada SSTT.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">E<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">l vincle amb les universitats.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Imaginar el futur de les escoles amb la incorporaci\u00f3 del primer cicle d\u2019infantil i de com podem incorporar, o no, la secund\u00e0ria als pobles i amb quin model.<\/span><\/span><a name=\"m_-2717174623456253521__eqak10jhvept\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Organitzar l\u2019equip que coordina el Secretariat per tal d\u2019afavorir el relleu, l\u2019entrada de noves mirades, \u2026.<\/span><\/span><a name=\"m_-2717174623456253521__be8kia4w2cnl\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Fer una trobada a l\u2019inici de cada curs per donar la benvinguda (acollida) als mestres que arribin nous a l\u2019escola rural\/ZER.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Compartir la feina feta al grup ICE.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Taula rodona amb FMRP, Fundaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n rural i amb GIER.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Aprofitar la trobada de juny, a Verd\u00fa, demanar una estona per sensibilitzar als mestres\/direccions cap a les trobades m\u00e9s territorials.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>4.- Altres temes:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">-Trobada Grup de Treball ICE \u2013 SER: La tenim prevista pel dissabte 16 de Mar\u00e7 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">-Informacions CEIER (Imma Balcells): <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">1-<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Hi ha for\u00e7a documents digitalitzats a l\u2019entorn ZOTERO, cal registrar-se (Biblioteca telem\u00e0tica on tenim molts documents i llibres de l\u2019Escola Rural )<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">2-<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Des de la Universitat de Lleida fan una demanda sobre necessitats de materials curriculars, com ens poden ajudar, com poden col.laborar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">-Serveis m\u00ednims de cara a les vagues: Cal treballar amb el Departament de Treball, aquesta coordinaci\u00f3 ha de venir del mateix Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 . Des del Secretariat cal reivindicar una soluci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\">Escola Heurom, 16 de
