{"id":22956,"date":"2023-03-29T11:49:16","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T09:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/urgell\/?page_id=22956"},"modified":"2023-03-31T11:49:50","modified_gmt":"2023-03-31T09:49:50","slug":"aquaponia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/urgell\/aquaponia\/","title":{"rendered":"Aquaponia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"GRACE Communications Foundation and Mother Jones, CC0, via Wikimedia Commons\" href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/wiki\/File:Aquaponics_-_The_Noun_Project.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/7\/74\/Aquaponics_-_The_Noun_Project.svg\/512px-Aquaponics_-_The_Noun_Project.svg.png\" alt=\"Aquaponics - The Noun Project\" width=\"226\" height=\"226\" \/><\/a>Aquest projecte d&#8217;aquaponia educativa sorgeix a partir de la nostra participaci\u00f3 en un grup de treball creat pels SSTT d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 a Lleida, en motiu del centenari del naixement del cient\u00edfic lleidat\u00e0 Joan Or\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Es planteja el problema de trobar un <strong>cultiu sostenible<\/strong>, <strong>que maximitzi el rendiment productiu i minimitzi el consum d&#8217;aigua<\/strong> en un futur hipot\u00e8tic on els humans visquin a l&#8217;espai exterior o altres planetes amb pocs recursos naturals.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, com alternativa a altres cultius tradicionals que tenen un consum intensiu d&#8217;aigua en un moment on aquest element \u00e9s cada cop un b\u00e9 m\u00e9s preuat degut al canvi clim\u00e0tic i les elevades temperatures que nostre planeta pateix amb l&#8217;escalfament global.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Perqu\u00e8 un kit d&#8217;aquaponia educativa?<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22977 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/urgell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1142\/2023\/03\/Captura-de-2023-03-30-11-39-48.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"242\" height=\"284\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Apropant l&#8217;aquaponia a les escoles, es vol demostrar a l&#8217;alumnat que \u00e9s possible produir aliments amb agricultura org\u00e0nica, generant zero residus, cap \u00fas de fertilitzants qu\u00edmics o pesticides, garantint un total control\u00a0 alimentari amb un elevat grau d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia productiva. Tamb\u00e9, que es pot cultivar amb un 90% d&#8217;estalvi d&#8217;aigua en el proc\u00e9s, que segons la FAO, \u00e9s equivalent o superior a la hidroponia, 10 vegades m\u00e9s productiu que el cultiu tradicional, sense haver de destinar sol f\u00e8rtil en el proc\u00e9s de producci\u00f3 agr\u00edcola. A aquest elevat rendiment productiu de cultiu agr\u00edcola, s&#8217;afegeix el de prote\u00efna animal (peix), que tamb\u00e9 es genera i \u00e9s consumit en entorns reals de producci\u00f3 aquap\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit educatiu, aquest kit pot facilitar &#8211; amb experimentaci\u00f3 directa &#8211; coneixements de biologia, bot\u00e0nica, f\u00edsica, qu\u00edmica, matem\u00e0tiques aix\u00ed com \u00e8tica o estudis de sostenibilitat aliment\u00e0ria. Pot integrar-se molt f\u00e0cilment com a situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aprenentatge on treballar diferents projectes educatius des d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria a batxillerat o cicles formatius, amb continguts educatius adequats a cada nivell.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, treballar de forma pr\u00e0ctica i experimentar a l&#8217;aula, les disciplines educatives implementades per l&#8217;STEAM, motoritzaci\u00f3 remota amb IOT o treball amb els ODS.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest kit segueix <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fao.org\/in-action\/globefish\/publications\/details-publication\/en\/c\/338354\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">les indicacions publicades per la FAO l&#8217;any 2014 en el aquest manual<\/a><strong>(*)<\/strong>.
