Primer trimestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019actual escenari que viu el sistema educatiu obliga a adoptar una nova planificaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 docent mentre duri aquest per\u00edode d\u2019excepcionalitat i segueixi en vigor la instrucci\u00f3 que no permet la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats formatives presencials 1 (Instrucci\u00f3 3\/2020, de 13 de mar\u00e7, sobre mesures preventives, de protecci\u00f3 i organitzatives d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 al personal al servei de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya amb motiu del coronavirus SARS-CoV-2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta situaci\u00f3 afecta tant al disseny de les propostes formatives, al proc\u00e9s de detecci\u00f3 de necessitats com a l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de les demandes i l\u2019acompanyament als centres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s prioritat del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 que la formaci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada al professorat en aquest context extraordinari doni resposta a les necessitats dels centres educatius, entenent que cal desplegar protocols i actuacions diferents tant en la planificaci\u00f3 de les propostes com en el contingut i els formats.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La planificaci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 docent a partir del mes de gener de 2021 ser\u00e0 acordada oportunament d\u2019acord amb les indicacions de les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries competents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 805px;\" width=\"576\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 799px;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><strong>\u00c0MBITS TEM\u00c0TICS DE FORMACI\u00d3 A PRIORITZAR<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 799px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cultura digital:<\/strong> suport i acompanyament als centres en el marc del Pla Centres Educatius en L\u00ednia (\u00fas did\u00e0ctic d\u2019entorns virtuals d\u2019aprenentatge, impuls a la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent i de l\u2019alumnat, models organitzacionals, pr\u00e0ctiques innovadores&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Perfil competencial docent:<\/strong> definir i desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals docents per adequar-les a les necessitats del context educatiu actual. Itineraris formatius docents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ensenyament i aprenentatge amb un enfocament competencial: <\/strong>orientar l\u2019\u00fas de les eines telem\u00e0tiques amb propostes did\u00e0ctiques, gesti\u00f3 de projectes transversals i models d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 competencials, en un marc pluriling\u00fce i d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa personalitzada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva: <\/strong>l\u2019aprenentatge personalitzat i el suport a les necessitats individuals d\u2019aprenentatge de tots els alumnes en diferents entorns d\u2019E\/A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Centre i xarxes educatives:<\/strong> models de gesti\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 transformadors dels centres i dels projectes educatius, en el marc de la seva zona i de l\u2019aprenentatge en xarxa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comunitat educativa i relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn:<\/strong> suport a la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar, al desenvolupament dels plans educatius d\u2019entorn i altres projectes comunitaris, i promoci\u00f3 de processos de participaci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa i dels agents educatius de l\u2019entorn per assolir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu per a
