Amb un enfocament innovador, busca inspirar i motivar xiquetes i xiquets d\u2019entre 8 i 12 anys (cicle mitj\u00e0 i superior de prim\u00e0ria) a explorar les tecnologies a trav\u00e9s d\u2019activitats que promouen el talent femen\u00ed com a referent.<a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/terraalta\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1128\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a>El projecte es basa en la creaci\u00f3 de 5 capses d\u2019aprenentatge, cadascuna dedicada a una dona catalana referent en tecnologia i ci\u00e8ncia (Eva Miranda, Al\u00edcia Casals, N\u00faria Salan, S\u00f2nia Estrad\u00e9 i Merc\u00e8 Gisbert). Cada capsa inclou un repte inicial en format v\u00eddeo i activitats pr\u00e0ctiques com programaci\u00f3 amb Scratch, \u00fas de robots, circuits el\u00e8ctrics, i molt m\u00e9s. En superar aquests reptes, l\u2019alumnat rep cromos col\u00b7leccionables de les dones referents, que es poden guardar en un \u00e0lbum personalitzat, creant una experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019aprenentatge gamificada i motivadora.<br \/>\nTot el material est\u00e0 disponible per a desc\u00e0rrega gratu\u00efta i lliure des del web <a href=\"https:\/\/capses.cat\/\">capses.cat<\/a>. A Catalunya, segons dades del Ministeri d\u2019Universitats (2022), nom\u00e9s un 13,4% de les estudiants universit\u00e0ries escullen titulacions relacionades amb enginyeria i arquitectura, i encara menys en l\u2019\u00e0mbit espec\u00edfic de les tecnologies digitals. A escala europea, l\u2019Eurostat (2021) indica que nom\u00e9s un 19% dels professionals d\u2019\u00e0mbit tecnol\u00f2gic s\u00f3n dones.<br \/>\nAquestes dades evidencien la necessitat de fomentar vocacions tecnol\u00f2giques femenines des d\u2019edats primerenques, oferint referents positius, experi\u00e8ncies significatives i eines accessibles. A m\u00e9s, la manca de representaci\u00f3 femenina en aquests \u00e0mbits no nom\u00e9s limita les oportunitats laborals de les dones, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 empobreix la diversitat i innovaci\u00f3 del sector.<br \/>\nEl projecte InspiraTech vol ajudar a revertir aquesta situaci\u00f3 des de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria, incidint en una de les principals etapes en qu\u00e8 es formen els interessos i aspiracions de futur. La proposta es fonamenta en tres eixos:<br \/>\n\u2605 Promoure les compet\u00e8ncies digitals entre les nenes.<br \/>\n\u2605 Visibilitzar el talent femen\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u2605 Inspirar vocacions
