Aquesta nova edici\u00f3 representa una actualitzaci\u00f3 del desenvolupament professional del biblioteca\u00a0en el context de la segona d\u00e8cada del segle XXI, amb tots els canvis a nivell tecnol\u00f2gic, social i cultural que han tingut lloc i que seguiran succeint en un entorn cada cop m\u00e9s canviant.
