Consolidar un model d\u2019<strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">ensenyament i aprenentatge amb un enfocament competencial.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n2. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Avaluar els aprenentatges competencials des d\u2019una perspectiva formadora<\/span><\/strong>, amb la implicaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 dels alumnes.<br \/>\n3. <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Millorar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural i la compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa i ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong> <\/span>dels alumnes en el marc del desenvolupament del pluriling\u00fcisme efectiu.<br \/>\n4.<span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong> Universalitzar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada<\/strong> <\/span>i el suport a les necessitats individuals d\u2019aprenentatge de tots els alumnes en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu.<br \/>\n5. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Fomentar l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne<\/span><\/strong> per acompanyar-lo en el seu aprenentatge i ajudar-lo en la presa de decisions sobre el seu itinerari formatiu.<br \/>\n6. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Potenciar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic en la funci\u00f3 directiva<\/span><\/strong> per al desenvolupament de models innovadors per a la millora continua.<br \/>\n7. <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Consolidar la qualitat en la gesti\u00f3 i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 dels centres<\/strong><\/span> i dels seus projectes educatius en el marc de la seva autonomia.<br \/>\n8. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Promoure la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar<\/span> <\/strong>i consolidar el desenvolupament dels plans educatius d\u2019entorn i altres projectes comunitaris.<br \/>\n9. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Promoure la relaci\u00f3 dels centres amb altres centres, fam\u00edlies, institucions<\/span><\/strong> i\/o empreses per millorar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa i enfortir els \u00e0mbits competencials i\/o professionals de l\u2019alumnat.<br \/>\n10. <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Desenvolupar les compet\u00e8ncies professionals dels docents<\/span><\/strong> per adequar-les a les necessitats del context educatiu, social, digital, tecnol\u00f2gic i
