Es podr\u00e0 variar el rendiment del nedador segons la seva ingesta durant la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva?<br \/>\nL\u2019objectiu principal de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia realitzada ser\u00e0 analitzar l\u2019efectivitat de la beguda en l\u2019entrenament a ritme de prova (de velocitat), aix\u00ed com constatar quin tipus de beguda \u00e9s la m\u00e9s efectiva entre les m\u00e9s emprades en els darrers anys.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segons cada par\u00e0metre mesurat en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia he considerat un seguit d\u2019hip\u00f2tesis distintes:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Els nedadors a mesura que avanci l\u2019experiment, empitjoraran les seves marques donat que el cansament apareixer\u00e0 progressivament, tot i que aquells qui prenguin una beguda energ\u00e8tica o isot\u00f2nica tindran un increment de temps menor ja que a trav\u00e9s de la beguda s\u2019hidrataran i recuperaran minerals i carbohidrats, i per tant mantindran les seves marques m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Els pols augmentar\u00e0 en tots els nedadors, per\u00f2 aquest increment ser\u00e0 major en aquells qui prenen begudes energ\u00e8tiques.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0La glucosa descentr\u00e0 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament en aquells qui prenguin aigua o facin de control i per tant no prenguin beguda. En els que prenen beguda isot\u00f2nica o energ\u00e8tica suposo un descens m\u00e9s lleuger.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0El nombre de bra\u00e7ades augmentar\u00e0 a mesura que augmenti la fatiga del nedador ,doncs realitzar\u00e0 major nombre de bra\u00e7ades, ja que el cansament donar\u00e0 peu a que requereixi un nombre major de respiracions a m\u00e9s d\u2019escur\u00e7ar les bra\u00e7ades per augmentar la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i aix\u00ed intentar mantenir la marca en cada s\u00e8rie.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Els nedadors de pes i massa corporal menor probablement pateixin s\u00edmptomes com el flat; els qui hagin pres la beguda amb gas (beguda energ\u00e8tica) poden ser m\u00e9s susceptibles a patir n\u00e0usees, flat i cefalees.<br \/>\nEn definitiva per aquests motius, crec que la beguda m\u00e9s id\u00f2nia per a prendre durant els entrenaments i les competicions de nataci\u00f3 \u00e9s la beguda isot\u00f2nica.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u2019ha elegit un grup de 16 nedadors i 16 nedadores, tots ells en igual c\u00e0rrega d\u2019entrenaments i competicions, i dins un marge d\u2019edat de 4 anys, compartint aix\u00ed la mateixa categoria esportiva, dividits en 4 grups de 4 nois i 4 noies. Tots ells duran a terme un <strong>test d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia<\/strong> que consistir\u00e0 en 12 s\u00e8ries de 50 metres a crol, cada 3\u201930\u2019\u2019, 4\u2019 i 4\u201930\u2019\u2019 cada 4 s\u00e8ries respectivament. El per\u00edode m\u00e0xim d\u2019esfor\u00e7 ser\u00e0 d\u2019un total de 48\u2019, afegint un escalfament previ (dins i fora de l\u2019aigua) adequat a la prevenci\u00f3 de lesions, com els que es realitzen en competicions. \u00a0A cada s\u00e8rie els nedadors prengueren 50mL de beguda: Monster, Isot\u00f2nic i agua, pr\u00e8viament assignada a cada grup de 8 persones, a m\u00e9s d\u2019un grup control sense cap tipus d\u2019hidrataci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecte la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de dades, es comptabilitza a cada s\u00e8rie el temps realitzat en els 50 metres i el n\u00ba de bra\u00e7ades. A m\u00e9s en les s\u00e8ries parells s\u2019analitza la glucosa en sang o \u00edndex gluc\u00e8mic, i en les s\u00e8ries senars el pols del nedador. Tamb\u00e9 es pren la primera i darrera mesura de pols i glucosa per tal de tenir una visi\u00f3 de la variaci\u00f3 total.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He considerat que la beguda m\u00e9s adient per la pr\u00e0ctica de la nataci\u00f3, tant en entrenament com en competici\u00f3, \u00e9s la beguda isot\u00f2nica que regenera la glucosa en sang, per tant proporciona energia immediata a l\u2019esportista; la qualitat isot\u00f2nica facilita l\u2019absorci\u00f3 del l\u00edquid per part de l\u2019organisme i per tant destaquen per la rehidrataci\u00f3 que proporcionen a l\u2019esportista. Per altra banda s\u2019ha observat que els esportistes han patit flat en 1 ocasi\u00f3, i les esportistes han patit flat en 3 casos al llarg de l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 amb isot\u00f2nic. A m\u00e9s de coincidir amb els nedadors de menor massa corporal, i menor pes, \u00e9s degut a que no totes les persones requereixen una quantitat igual de l\u00edquid, i per tant no podem establir una quantitat definida com a perfecte segons hores d\u2019exercici, ja que no tothom t\u00e9 una deshidrataci\u00f3 en igual mesura i per tant el mateix requeriment de l\u00edquid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6886\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/02\/1-3.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"588\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/02\/1-3.jpg 675w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/02\/1-3-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He descartat per complet el Monster com a beguda adient en la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva donat que ha produ\u00eft el major nombre de casos de flat en esportistes i ha produ\u00eft sensacions adverses com cefalees i n\u00e0usees, a m\u00e9s de no regenerar pr\u00e0cticament la glucosa en sang.<br \/>\nL\u2019aigua no \u00e9s des-recomana, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s \u00e9s \u00fatil pel que fa a la hidrataci\u00f3, ja que no aporta pr\u00e0cticament res m\u00e9s al nostre organisme, per\u00f2 no produeix sensacions adverses ni flat.<br \/>\nDit aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s destacable que si \u00e9s molt important la hidrataci\u00f3 en la practica esportiva, per tal de mantenir l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia i la salut quan realitzem esport.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 1px solid #CCC; border-width: 1px; margin-bottom: 5px; max-width: 100%;\" src=\"\/\/www.slideshare.net\/slideshow\/embed_code\/key\/lson8V5dAUYsUD\" width=\"595\" height=\"485\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"> <\/iframe><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Bibliografia:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Taimura, A. and Sugahara, M.
