Actualment \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica m\u00e9s coneguda, encara que fa molts anys que es practica. Va estar iniciada pel Dr. Dennison que va comen\u00e7ar la investigaci\u00f3 fonamental en el rendiment en la lectura i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb el desenvolupament del cervell que constituiria la base per al treball de Brain Gym\u00ae, el programa d&#8217;aprenentatge basat en el moviment per ajudar a les persones que tenen problemes d&#8217;aprenentatge. Dennison va oferir als seus estudiants un programa amb desenvolupament sensorial, incloent uns simples moviments que semblaven ajudar amb l&#8217;equilibri i la capacitat de percepci\u00f3.\u00a0Aquests moviments s\u00f3n l\u2019origen de la idea de gimn\u00e0stica cerebral.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tenir refer\u00e8ncies de les primeres persones que van estudiar la kinesiologia i la van aplicar a l\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con\u00e8ixer les bases te\u00f2riques (cervell i aprenentatge).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con\u00e8ixer els materials de suport a l\u2019aula.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con\u00e8ixer l\u2019actualitat de Tarragona referent a aquest tema: formaci\u00f3, aplicaci\u00f3,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iniciar una petita pr\u00e0ctica escolar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Fer una recerca sobre els avantatges que ens proporciona aquesta t\u00e8cnica que fa refer\u00e8ncia a la relaci\u00f3 entre el moviment i la connexi\u00f3 dels hemisferis cerebrals<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Buidatge d\u2019articles cient\u00edfics sobre la kinesiologia educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Aprenentatge dels diferents exercicis de Kinesiologia educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Entrevista a la formadora de mestres Cristina Cosials.<\/li>\n<li>Recull de valoracions de mestres en acabar la formaci\u00f3 <em>Respiraci\u00f3, moviment i aprenentatge<\/em> del CRP del Tarragon\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Recerca dels centres educatius de Tarragona que inclouen la pr\u00e0ctica de la Kinesiologia en la seva programaci\u00f3 anual.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e0ctica a les escoles de Sant Salvador i del Serrallo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Crec que he assolit tots els objectius que m\u2019havia plantejat a l\u2019inici d\u2019aquest treball.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He conegut que gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i el rigor cient\u00edfic de persones, com el<br \/>\nDr. Dennison, avui en dia coneixem i podem aplicar t\u00e8cniques de kinesiologia en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les escoles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La kinesiologia educativa \u00e9s un recurs did\u00e0ctic amb uns resultats excel\u00b7lents que consisteix en uns exercicis de gimn\u00e0stica del cervell que es poden aplicar a qualsevol activitat d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquests exercicis ajuden a millorar tant els aprenentatges de l\u2019escola com l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional i maduresa personal, millorant l\u2019autoestima, la seguretat, la confian\u00e7a i les relacions socials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal dir que la kinesiologia ens aporta una visi\u00f3 hol\u00edstica del nostre organisme, i ens ajuda a l\u2019apropament i la comprensi\u00f3 dels mecanismes que ens possibiliten l\u2019acci\u00f3 i les interrelacions amb nosaltres mateixos i amb el nostre entorn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som un \u00e9sser global, per tant la meva conclusi\u00f3 \u00e9s que facilita l\u2019aprenentatge als alumnes tenint en compte la persona en el seu conjunt, vinculant tamb\u00e9 les emocions. I aqu\u00ed es podria enlla\u00e7ar un altre tema molt interessant sobre els diferents tipus d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e0cies a la Cristina Cosials he apr\u00e8s com portar a la pr\u00e0ctica aquesta t\u00e8cnica, i sobretot m\u2019ha encoratjat a estendre-la en els meus anys d\u2019Universitat.
