Con una pipeta se extra\u00eda parte de la muestra y se colocaba en el expectrofot\u00f3metro y el programa lo cuantificaba, esto se hizo con cada una de las muestras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El siguiente paso fue pasar del material gen\u00e9tico en forma de RNA a cDNA, se retrotranscribe una hebra de ARN en ADN complementario (ADNc) usando una enzima llamada transcriptasa inversa o transcriptasa reversa, y el resultado se amplifica mediante una PCR real time.<\/p>\n<p>Como \u00faltimo paso en el laboratorio se prepar\u00f3 la placa para hacer la PCR-RT, se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 en una placa de 384 pocillos las diferentes muestras que se ten\u00eda de los individuos, es decir el cDNA, junto con los diferentes oligos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los diferentes oligos y el cDNA de los diferentes individuos fue colocado en la placa, donde cada columna es una muestra de cDNA y cada fila un oligo, el cual esta repetido en tres filas para un mayor n\u00famero de datos los cuales nos dar\u00e1n m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y fiabilidad de los resultados:<a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5112 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx-1024x556.png\" alt=\"sdfcxsdx\" width=\"655\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx-1024x556.png 1024w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx-300x163.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx-768x417.png 768w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfcxsdx.png 1090w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 655px) 100vw, 655px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdcx.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5111 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdcx.png\" alt=\"sdcx\" width=\"719\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdcx.png 808w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdcx-300x118.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdcx-768x303.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 719px) 100vw, 719px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusiones:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, a partir de los datos obtenidos y de la informaci\u00f3n, podemos observar que los genes DOR y LC3 est\u00e1n alterados, en los individuos sanos estos genes est\u00e1n en una mayor expresi\u00f3n que el los individuos manipulados gen\u00e9ticamente, es decir los individuos obesos\/ diab\u00e9ticos que los presentan en menor cantidad. Con estos resultados se puede deducir que estos genes intervienen en la diabetes mellitus tipo 2 y en la obesidad. Estos resultados son muy satisfactorios ya que conocer los genes que est\u00e1n alterados en los individuos enfermos es de gran ayuda en la investigaci\u00f3n de la diabetes ya que estos genes alterados podr\u00edan ser dianas terap\u00e9uticas.<a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/sdfg.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
