La tecnologia CRISPR\/Cas9 \u00e9s una eina molecular utilitzada per editar o corregir el genoma de qualsevol c\u00e8l\u00b7lula. Vulgarment, podem dir que es tracten d\u2019unes tisores moleculars que s\u00f3n capaces de tallar qualsevol fragment de DNA de manera molt precisa i controlada. El fet que es pugui tallar el DNA permet que es pugui modificar la seva seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, eliminant i inserint-ne un nou fragment.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La distr\u00f2fia muscular cong\u00e8nita associada al gen LMNA (L-CMD) \u00e9s actualment una malaltia incurable i rara entre les rares. Per tal de poder avan\u00e7ar en aquest \u00e0mbit, es necessita molta investigaci\u00f3 per a poder aplicar les t\u00e8cniques m\u00e9s innovadores en el camp de la gen\u00e8tica. Perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 sigui possible \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria la recaptaci\u00f3 de fons que van destinats a la Fundaci\u00f3n Andr\u00e9s Marcio (FAM) la qual s\u2019encarrega d\u2019administrar aquests diners,no nom\u00e9s per trobar la cura sin\u00f3 per facilitar la vida a les persones que pateixen la laminopatia.
