Ell i el meu tiet s\u00f3n propietaris d\u2019una barca de pesca. Dues vegades a l\u2019any han de treure la barca de l\u2019aigua i dedicar uns 15 dies cada per\u00edode en repintar tot el vaixell d\u2019una pintura especial i renovar un mecanisme anomenat \u00e0nodes de sacrifici per lluitar contra el fenomen inevitable de la corrosi\u00f3 marina. El deteriorament dels metalls per causa de l\u2019acci\u00f3 de l\u2019aigua salada \u00e9s un dels problemes m\u00e9s importants de la gent de mar a nivell estructural i econ\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evitar la corrosi\u00f3 dels metalls \u00e9s un tema molt important en la nostra societat,\u00a0 ja que gaireb\u00e9 tot est\u00e0 format per metalls i aquests es fan malb\u00e9 al llarg dels anys a causa de diferents factors, ja sigui per l\u2019acci\u00f3 del vent, del sol, de la pluja, de l\u2019aigua del mar,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per tot aix\u00f2, en aquest treball estudiar\u00e9 el fenomen de la corrosi\u00f3, les condicions on es presenten i els possibles m\u00e8todes per evitar-la o limitar-la.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Els meus objectius a assolir en aquest treball de recerca s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aprendre el fonament qu\u00edmic del proc\u00e9s d\u2019oxidaci\u00f3 i corrosi\u00f3 d\u2019un metall.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con\u00e8ixer els m\u00e8todes de prevenci\u00f3 de la corrosi\u00f3 dels metalls, especialment, els referits a la corrosi\u00f3 marina.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analitzar les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies estructural, econ\u00f2miques, ambientals&#8230; del fenomen de la corrosi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fer un treball de camp entre les embarcacions que amarren al port de Tarragona, per con\u00e8ixer quins m\u00e8todes de prevenci\u00f3 de la corrosi\u00f3 marina utilitzen i tracten.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fer un estudi experimental dels fen\u00f2mens de la corrosi\u00f3 marina aplicada a ferro i a l\u2019acer , els dos materials emprats en construccions de vaixells on es manifesta m\u00e9s el fenomen de la corrosi\u00f3, i estudiar experimentalment diferents formes de protecci\u00f3 contra la corrosi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La hip\u00f2tesi de partida del meu treball de recerca que intentar\u00e9 contestar a partir del meu estudi experimental i que s\u2019analitzar\u00e0 la seva validesa en la apartat de conclusions \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018\u2019La corrosi\u00f3 marina sobre els bucs de ferro o d\u2019acer pot reduir-se de forma important utilitzant diferents mesures preventives (Pintura \u2018\u2019antifouling\u2019\u2019, protecci\u00f3 per \u00e0nodes de sacrifici i protecci\u00f3 cat\u00f2dica per corrent impresa)\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comprar al mec\u00e0nic del Serrallo 12 peces de ferro, 12 peces d\u2019acer, 8 peces de zinc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pintar per tots els costats 6 peces de ferro i 6 peces d\u2019acer amb pintura antifouling.<a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/tdrrrrieiekk.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4849 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/tdrrrrieiekk-1024x752.jpg\" alt=\"tdrrrrieiekk\" width=\"326\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/tdrrrrieiekk-1024x752.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/tdrrrrieiekk-300x220.jpg 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2017\/03\/tdrrrrieiekk-768x564.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soldar 4 peces de zinc a 4 peces de ferro (2 amb pintura antifouling) i 4 peces de zinc a 4 peces d\u2019acer (2 amb pintura antifouling).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed, l&#8217;estudi experimental es divideix en 2 parts: Un estudi experimental sense protecci\u00f3 cat\u00f2dica i un altre amb protecci\u00f3 cat\u00f2dica. Els dos experiments segueixen el mateix procediment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separar cada tipus de pe\u00e7a en un recipient amb aigua marina , i les altres peces (que eren igual a les d&#8217;aigua marina) en aigua dol\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada setmana pesava les peces i anotava els canvis en una taula.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, vaig realitzar un treball de camp sobre els m\u00e8todes anticorrosius emprats per la flota pesquera del port del Serrallo. Vaig fer diferents visites\u00a0al port del Serrallo de Tarragona per veure com els pescadors\/mercaders vivien en primera persona la lluita contra la corrosi\u00f3. Vaig anar a la Confraria de Pescadors del Serrallo i a la tenda Efectos Navales Ortiz,S.A. Tamb\u00e9 vaig parlar amb alguns pescadors i amb un enginyer naval del port del Serrallo per tal d&#8217;obtindre informaci\u00f3 sobre els m\u00e8todes emprats per evitar la corrosi\u00f3 marina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;aigua de mar \u00e9s m\u00e9s corrosiva que l&#8217;aigua dol\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La corrosi\u00f3 del ferro \u00e9s m\u00e9s intensa que la de l\u2019acer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En les tres peces la massa ha disminu\u00eft. Aquestes peces pertanyen a l\u2019apartat de la protecci\u00f3 cat\u00f2dica. Aix\u00f2 ens indica que l\u2019experiment de la protecci\u00f3 per corrent impr\u00e8s no ha sortit completament b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pintura antifouling ha funcionat correctament en tots els experiments.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e0node de sacrifici de zinc ha funcionat b\u00e9, protegint a les peces de ferro i d\u2019acer de la corrosi\u00f3.
