Acostumar-me a treballar en un laboratori aut\u00f2nomament i aprofundir els meus coneixements sobre bioqu\u00edmica, ja que \u00e9s un tema que m\u2019interessa de cara a la carrera. Aconseguir fer una divulgaci\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia de la lact\u00e0ncia materna i animar a totes les dones que puguin a ser donants de llet.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Pot ser que els raigs UV-C siguin una millor opci\u00f3 per tractar la llet dels bancs.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019estructura del treball constar\u00e0 de dues parts principals, i una conclusi\u00f3 general i valorativa respecte dels meus objectius inicials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La part te\u00f2rica:<\/strong> Relacionada amb tot el m\u00f3n de la lact\u00e0ncia materna, des de la seva hist\u00f2ria, l\u2019estudi a fons de la mama i de la subst\u00e0ncia primordial, la llet; i per una altra banda els bancs de llet i els m\u00e8todes per tractar la llet dels seus bancs fins a arribar al m\u00e8tode que he seleccionat per realitzar la seg\u00fcent part.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La part pr\u00e0ctica:<\/strong> Basada en la hip\u00f2tesi de comprovar la veracitat del nou m\u00e8tode, consistir\u00e0 a haver d\u2019estar treballant durant una setmana al laboratori de les instal\u00b7lacions del Banc de Llet on intentar\u00e9 verificar-la. A m\u00e9s vam pensar en comprovar l\u2019activitat enzim\u00e0tica de la lipasa, cosa que no vam aconseguir realitzar per\u00f2 he volgut tractar com una part d\u2019aquest treball a causa de la seva import\u00e0ncia, on he redactat l\u2019informe i la manera de calcular els resultats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El processament amb llum UV-C t\u00e9 la capacitat per eliminar la pres\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8rmens a la llet humana en un temps inferior a 30 minuts, incl\u00fas quan la llet tractada \u00e9s altament contaminada, i no afecta a l\u2019activitat lipasa ni tampoc als nivells d\u2019IgA, preservant les propietats immunol\u00f2giques del producte. Per tant, hi ha la necessitat d\u2019investigar nous m\u00e8todes capa\u00e7os de retindre un rang m\u00e9s alt de components amb activitat biol\u00f2gica mantenint la seguretat microbiol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Bibliografia:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Manual de la lact\u00e0ncia.
