Analitzar els problemes psicol\u00f2gics de les parelles que han fet servir aquesta t\u00e8cnica.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potser fer servir els \u00f2vuls d\u2019una donant permetr\u00e0 a la parella tenir fills.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El<\/strong> <strong>proc\u00e9s<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Assist\u00e8ncia a les visites m\u00e8diques que s\u2019han dut a terme en una cl\u00ednica de reproducci\u00f3 assistida.<\/li>\n<li>Estudi i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en l\u2019extracci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00f2vuls d\u2019una donant, el seminograma, les t\u00e8cniques de criopreservaci\u00f3 de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules sexuals, la fecundaci\u00f3 <em>in vitro<\/em> i la implantaci\u00f3 dels embrions.<\/li>\n<li>Seguiment de l\u2019embar\u00e0s.<\/li>\n<li>Estudi dels diferents problemes psicol\u00f2gics que comporta l\u2019ovodonaci\u00f3 i les seves causes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong>:<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta investigaci\u00f3 \u00e9s el seguiment d\u2019una parella en la recerca d\u2019un nad\u00f3. Despr\u00e9s de molts intents fallits, fins i tot amb una fecundaci\u00f3 <em>in vitro<\/em>, es va veure que la dona patia una alteraci\u00f3 cromos\u00f2mica que causava la inviabilitat dels seus \u00f2vuls.\u00a0 Els especialistes i la parella van decidir utilitzar els \u00f2vuls d\u2019una donant, \u00e9s a dir, realitzar una ovodonaci\u00f3. A partir d\u2019aquest moment, hem pogut assistir a les visites que van fer en una cl\u00ednica de reproducci\u00f3 assistida. A m\u00e9s hem pogut realitzar el seguiment de l\u2019embar\u00e0s de la dona i analitzar la psicologia que s\u2019amaga darrere d\u2019aquesta t\u00e8cnica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u2019ha constatat que l\u2019intent de materialitzar el somni d\u2019aconseguir un fill ha estat un repte, per la dificultat f\u00edsica i l\u2019an\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la cl\u00ednica, mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019extracci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00f2vuls de la donant, vam obtenir uns 50 fol\u00b7licles. Paral\u00b7lelament, vam realitzar un seminograma de l\u2019esperma aportat pel marit. Un 69% dels espermatozoides tenia una mobilitat normal. Junt amb els especialistes vam decidir que 20 \u00f2vuls serien fecundats i la resta es congelaria mitjan\u00e7ant la vitrificaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019assist\u00e8ncia a les visites seg\u00fcents ens va permetre observar la fecundaci\u00f3 i la implantaci\u00f3. Nom\u00e9s 11 embrions eren viables, dels quals 2 van ser implantats i la resta, congelats. La dona va quedar embarassada de bessons, per\u00f2 va tenir un avortament. Es va realitzar una segona implantaci\u00f3 amb un dels embrions congelats. Malauradament, el va perdre un mes despr\u00e9s. Actualment, s\u2019ha realitzat un raspat a la dona, per intentar-ho de nou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s d\u2019aprofundir en els problemes psicol\u00f2gics que comporta aquesta t\u00e8cnica, vam concloure que la por m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent \u00e9s afrontar que el futur nad\u00f3 naixer\u00e0 sense la informaci\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica de la mare. Aix\u00f2 pot causar alteracions mentals, com estr\u00e8s i baixades d\u2019autoestima.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-4662 gallery-columns-3 gallery-size-medium'><figure
