Es volia donar una certa import\u00e0ncia al m\u00f3n dels m\u00f2bils ja que tamb\u00e9 estan presents en la nostra vida quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per altra banda, s\u2019emprar\u00e0 la t\u00e8cnica espectrofotom\u00e8trica, que \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode m\u00e9s prec\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest Treball de Recerca s\u2019ha observat que es pot determinar la concentraci\u00f3 de colorant en begudes refrescants utilitzant l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 <em>Color Grab<\/em> per a smartphones i tauletes. S\u2019ha comprovat, per\u00f2, que la determinaci\u00f3 queda restringida a un marge determinat de concentracions en el cas del colorant blau E-133 (en dissolucions poc concentrades no detecta el colorant) i, no ha funcionat en el cas del colorant vermell E-122. S\u2019ha de continuar treballant en aquesta l\u00ednia per tal de trobar una aplicaci\u00f3 que ens permeti l\u2019\u00fas del m\u00f2bil en les pr\u00e0ctiques de ci\u00e8ncies a l\u2019escola. Finalment, es va decidir que es podia interpolar la mostra en els patrons a ull nu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per determinar amb precisi\u00f3 el contingut dels colorants E-122 i E-133 s\u2019ha de fer servir l\u2019espectrofotometria Visible (m\u00e8tode colorim\u00e8tric). Permet fer l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de qualsevol colorant i en un rang ampli de concentracions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pel que fa a les mostres de refrescos analitzats, es va veure que va ser m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil realitzar la colorimetria amb el <em>Powerade, <\/em>ja que no cont\u00e9 gas. En canvi, el <em>Burn<\/em>, la <em>T\u00f2nica<\/em> i el <em>Bitter Kas<\/em> contenen gas i aix\u00f2 provocava que quan es posava una mostra de beguda a la cubeta, es formaven bombolles amb els conseq\u00fcents errors en els resultats. Per tant, s\u2019havia de treure molt b\u00e9 el gas de les begudes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La beguda refrescant analitzada amb m\u00e9s contingut de colorant ha resultat ser el Powerade Blood Orange amb una concentraci\u00f3 de 0,0576 g\/L de colorant E-122 (vermell). La beguda que porta menys contingut de colorant ha estat la <em>Original Citrus<\/em> <em>T\u00f2nic<\/em> amb 0,0011g\/L de colorant E-133 (blau). Tot i aix\u00ed, amb les quantitats de colorant afegides no se superaria la ingesta di\u00e0ria admissible (IDA) que marca la legislaci\u00f3 si una persona de 60 kg beu menys de 199 ampolles de 50 cL
