Te\u00f2ricament parlant, aquests rauen principalment en adquirir nocions b\u00e0siques sobre medicaments, con\u00e8ixer-ne les caracter\u00edstiques principals i la seva actuaci\u00f3 dins el cos hum\u00e0, esquematitzar i desenvolupar el proc\u00e9s de s\u00edntesi d\u2019un f\u00e0rmac, introduir-me dins el m\u00f3n de la qu\u00edmica computacional per veure les aplicacions de les quals disposa i ampliar els coneixements sobre l&#8217;\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic, conegut popularment com l&#8217;aspirina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivell pr\u00e0ctic, el principal objectiu \u00e9s reproduir els processos de s\u00edntesi d&#8217;un f\u00e0rmac adaptats a les meves limitacions i capacitats usant l&#8217;aspirina com a vehicle, ja que \u00e9s un f\u00e0rmac relativament senzill i altament conegut.Aquests processos engloben una part de qu\u00edmica computacional, a partir de la qual se n&#8217;estudiar\u00e0\u00a0la mol\u00e8cula d\u2019\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic per obtenir-la amb una acidesa menor; seguits de la s\u00edntesi al laboratori del f\u00e0rmac, a continuaci\u00f3 una observaci\u00f3 dels efectes que una ingesta constant de diferents dosis d\u2019aspirina causa a la <em>Drosophila melanogaster<\/em>, i per \u00faltim observar mitjan\u00e7ant enquestes els coneixements i experi\u00e8ncies que la poblaci\u00f3 disposa sobre l\u2019aspirina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I finalment, a nivell general la fita proposada \u00e9s aprendre a realitzar un treball correctament, amb la corresponent filtraci\u00f3 i selecci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3, una redacci\u00f3 adient i un aprenentatge sincer. Tanmateix recau en confirmar la devoci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia pels camps tractats, ja que seran aquests objecte d&#8217;estudi a la Universitat i possibles candidats a representar el propi dia a dia d&#8217;una futura vida laboral.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hip\u00f2tesis:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si ens centrem amb la part pr\u00e0ctica, les hip\u00f2tesis formulades a l&#8217;inici de cada experiment s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb la qu\u00edmica computacional s\u2019accelera el proc\u00e9s de s\u00edntesi de qualsevol f\u00e0rmac.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s possible trobar un derivat de l\u2019\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic amb menor acidesa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019aspirina causa efectes negatius si \u00e9s consumida de manera constant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La poblaci\u00f3 disposa d\u2019un baix grau de coneixement sobre l\u2019aspirina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><em><strong>Part te\u00f2rica:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Recaptaci\u00f3 de tota la informaci\u00f3 possible sobre diferents tipus de medicaments i la seva actuaci\u00f3 dins el cos hum\u00e0, documentaci\u00f3 sobre el proc\u00e9s de s\u00edntesi que segueix qualsevol f\u00e0rmac i estudi a fons de l&#8217;aspirina.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> Part pr\u00e0ctica:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Introducci\u00f3 a la qu\u00edmica computacional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aprendre a dibuixar mol\u00e8cules virtualment en dues i tres dimensions.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llen\u00e7ar els c\u00e0lculs a supercomputadores i analitzar-ne els resultats.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modificaci\u00f3 dels radicals de la mol\u00e8cula de l&#8217;\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic i estudi de l&#8217;acidesa de l&#8217;hidrogen del grup \u00e0cid.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00edntesi de l&#8217;\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic al laboratori.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proves qualitatives de la subst\u00e0ncia sintetitzada (detecci\u00f3 de la pres\u00e8ncia de mid\u00f3 i de l&#8217;estat de purificaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estudi de camp: com afecta un consum diari d&#8217;aspirina a diferents dosis a la <em>Drosophila melanogaster.<\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enquesta a la poblaci\u00f3: coneixements i experi\u00e8ncies personals de l&#8217;aspirina.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">An\u00e0lisi de tots els resultats obtinguts i elaboraci\u00f3 de les cop finalitzat el treball, s&#8217;analitzen les hip\u00f2tesis formulades inicialment i es rectifiquen o es corroboren segons els resultats obtinguts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amb la qu\u00edmica computacional s\u2019accelera el proc\u00e9s de s\u00edntesi, per\u00f2 cal tenir en compte que tot i que no sintetitza medicaments col\u00b7labora en con\u00e8ixer propietats i caracter\u00edstiques moleculars.-\u00c9s possible trobar un derivat de l\u2019\u00e0cid acetilsalic\u00edlic amb menor acidesa si substitu\u00efm els hidr\u00f2gens 1 o 4 per un grup hidroxil (-OH).<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019aspirina causa efectes negatius en la descend\u00e8ncia.
