Cal posar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 en el <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>tipus de<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/avaluarperaprendre.cat\/recursos-i-referents\/retroaccio-i-retroalimentacio-feedback\/\"><strong>feedback<\/strong> <\/a><\/span><strong>i la motivaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/span> que aquest genera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/avaluarperaprendre.cat\/recursos-i-referents\/retroaccio-i-retroalimentacio-feedback\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-15848\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2020\/04\/ESCALA-FEEDBACK-e1587405509737.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"99\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>La gran <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>bretxa<\/strong><\/span> educativa actual no rau tant en si tenen equips inform\u00e0tics i connectivitat sin\u00f3 en el suport familiar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Les fam\u00edlies que poden ajudar als fills<\/strong><\/span> a organitzar-se en els horaris i les tasques afavoriran els aprenentatges d\u2019aquest.<\/p>\n<p>Preguntant a alumnat sobre qu\u00e8 els motiva en relaci\u00f3 als aprenentatges aquests comenten que no aprenen gaire quan el feedback del docent es basa en monos\u00edl\u00b7labes (b\u00e9, d\u2019acord, s\u00ed, etc). Per contra, aprenen m\u00e9s i millor quan la <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong><\/span> \u00e9s del <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>tipus<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plantejament d\u2019un <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>objectiu d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong><\/span> a mode de <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>repte<\/strong><\/span> amb detonant motivador (a partir d\u2019una frase c\u00e8lebre, per exemple). Si aquest objectiu \u00e9s compartit o redefinit per l\u2019alumnat encara ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s motivador (alumne proactiu en el seu aprenentatge). Aquest objectiu ha tenir una mirada en compet\u00e8ncies tal com \u201c<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>ser aut\u00f2nom<\/strong><\/span>\u201d, \u201c<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>ser organitzat<\/strong><\/span>\u201d, \u201c<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>tenir iniciativa<\/strong><\/span>\u201d&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Proposta d<strong>\u2019<span style=\"color: #808080;\">idees<\/span><\/strong> per desenvolupar l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aprenentatge, aix\u00ed com d\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/recursos\/actuacio-extraordinaria-activitats-autoaprenentatge\/models-de-propostes-didactiques\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">exemples<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15817 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/tarragones\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu549\/2020\/04\/models_propostes_didactiques-e1587390794198.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"66\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Diversificar<\/strong><\/span> les propostes, els <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/avaluarperaprendre.cat\/recursos-i-referents\/instruments-davaluacio\/\"><strong>instruments de recollir les dades<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, etc per tal que cadasc\u00fa es pugui expressar amb les maneres que li vagin millor.<\/li>\n<li>Marcar un <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>temps<\/strong><\/span> per fer-ho.<\/li>\n<li>Fer <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>feedbacks<\/strong><\/span> per ajudar-los a aconseguir l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aprenentatge basat en les compet\u00e8ncies \u00fatils per a la vida <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(<strong>fer l\u2019horari per aconseguir el repte, crear rutines, h\u00e0bits de treball, etc)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Donar <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>continu\u00eftat <\/strong><\/span>de l\u2019aprenentatge en el temps, <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>afegint reptes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Com <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>s\u2019avaluaria aix\u00f2<\/strong><\/span>?\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Comparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/span> de les evid\u00e8ncies al llarg del temps!<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/curriculum\/xarxacb\/avaluarperaprendre\/autoavaluacioicoavaluacio\/\"><strong>Autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a><\/span> (inici, durant, i al final del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge)<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ant l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 amb la visi\u00f3 de les<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong> fam\u00edlies<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"border-color: #ffffff; width: 392.483px; background-color: #ebf7f7;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>objectius d\u2019aquest 3r trimestre<\/strong><\/span> seran diferents. No han de partir de zero, cal que tinguin en compte els <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>coneixements previs <\/strong><\/span>de l\u2019alumnat donat que el moment en que vivim necessita molt acompanyament; a m\u00e9s, els docents no tenim compet\u00e8ncies suficients per fer-ho donat que no estem avesats a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en temps de confinament.\u00a0 Aquests s\u2019han de basar en compet\u00e8ncies com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Ser aut\u00f2noms <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Ser organitzats<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Tenir iniciatives<\/strong><\/span> (poden fer propostes els alumnes). Qu\u00e8 us agradaria aprendre? Arribar a la negociaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exemples de <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>tasques<\/strong><\/span> en temps de confinament serien els basats en escriure, llegir, fer experiments, crear m\u00fasica, fer-se preguntes, etc. Al cap i a la fi, que desenvolupin coneixements que serveixin per a la vida, d\u2019aquells que s\u00f3n fonamentals!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>Per tant, si repensem els objectius, tamb\u00e9 cal repensar l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>I l\u2019aprenentatge del docent?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ens proposa l<span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/avaluarperaprendre.cat\/recursos-i-referents\/docencia-compartida-o-codocencia\/\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">aprenentatge<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">entre iguals<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>: compartir coneixement i anar avaluant all\u00f2 que estem fent. Com aprenem entre nosaltres havent-hi diversitat?<\/p>\n<p>Es necessita cert <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>esperit d\u2019aventura<\/strong><\/span> perqu\u00e8 ens endinsem en un m\u00f3n nou que ens trencaran rutines que ens donaven seguretat. <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>No podem tenir por<\/strong><\/span>, cal plantejar-se: &#8211; tinc un problema, com ho soluciono?
