Obrim la porta a l&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 inclusiva a l&#8217;Institut La Mar de la Frau<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Autor\/a:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong> Marta \u00c1lvarez P\u00e9rez<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Tutor\/a:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong>Cori Fern\u00e0ndez Barrulles<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Modalitat:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong>Humanitats i Ci\u00e8ncies Socials<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">\u00c0rea:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong>Psicologia i Sociologia<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Centre:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong>Ins La Mar de la Frau<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Localitat:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong>Cambrils<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Objectius:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019objectiu principal del meu TdR ser\u00e0 elaborar i posar en marxa un projecte d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 pels alumnes del SIEI del nostre institut: La Mar de la Frau de Cambrils.<\/li>\n<li>Crear i realitzar l\u2019activitat de padrins de lectura.<\/li>\n<li>Organitzar activitats l\u00fadiques a l\u2019hora del pati on participin els alumnes amb NEE acompanyats per altres alumnes del centre (tennis taula, b\u00e0squet, jocs de taula&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Participar i\/o organitzar activitats que es poden realitzar al nostre entorn, dins i fora de l\u2019horari lectiu (piscina, vogar,etc).<\/li>\n<li>Objectiu Final: Augmentar la relaci\u00f3 entre tot l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><strong>Hip\u00f2tesi:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb la intervenci\u00f3 programada es millorar\u00e0 la inclusi\u00f3<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un cop plantejat el tema i els objectius del meu TDR, vaig fer una recerca d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 sobre els SIEI&#8217;s i les USEE&#8217;s a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;internet.<br \/>\nDespr\u00e9s em vaig posar en contacte via mail i telef\u00f2nica amb el Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament de la Generalitat de Catalunya per cercar i contrastar informaci\u00f3 de primera m\u00e0.<br \/>\nContactar amb una persona de refer\u00e8ncia a la Generalitat em va costar for\u00e7a. Em varen derivar a diferents seccions i no aconseguia trobar a algu del personal que em pogu\u00e9s resoldre els dubtes.<br \/>\nAra b\u00e9, un cop vaig contactar amb l&#8217;Inspector tot va resultar molt f\u00e0cil i din\u00e0mic.<br \/>\nParal\u00b7lelament vaig contactar amb l&#8217;Ajuntament de Cambrils, departaments d&#8217;Esports, Joventut, Ensenyament i Turisme. Aqu\u00ed el proc\u00e9s va ser m\u00e9s \u00e0gil.<br \/>\nPosteriorment, vaig fer diverses entrevistes personals amb l&#8217;Inspector de la Generalitat i amb les t\u00e8cniques de Joventut i Esports.<br \/>\nEl proc\u00e9s per aconseguir la implicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Camnbrils va ser intens, la t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;Esports i jo, vam estar en contacte cada tres o quatre dies. Hi havia tres departaments implicats (Esports, Ensenyament i Turisme) amb els seus t\u00e8cnics per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 calia la participaci\u00f3 dels responsable pol\u00edtics de cadascun d&#8217;ells.<br \/>\nLa programaci\u00f3 de la intervenci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica va ser molt m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica i les dificultats en la seva posada en marxa poques.<br \/>\nL&#8217;actitud del professorat del Centre, molt col\u00b7laboradora, ho va facilitar.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intervenci\u00f3 del TDR s&#8217;ha desenvolupat molt positivament i va ser acceptada amb il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, ganes i expectaci\u00f3, tant per l&#8217;alumnat com pel professorat, cosa que era fonamental per poder tenir certes garanties d&#8217;\u00e8xit.<br \/>\nEl projecte no ha estat en funcionament prou temps com per que es poguessin apreciar grans difer\u00e8ncies en les relacions entre els alumnes de l&#8217;institut, per\u00f2 els petits pogressos aconseguits en aquest periode de temps en fan pensar que estem pel bon cam\u00ed cap a la inclusi\u00f3.<br \/>\nPer aix\u00f2, tant les activitats de pati com les classes de nataci\u00f3 es continuaran fent tot i la finalitzaci\u00f3 del TDR. I proposo fer-ne una valoraci\u00f3 a final de curs per valorar la seva possible implementaci\u00f3 com a projecte d&#8217;Institut.<br \/>\nEstaria b\u00e9 poder implicar als alumnes m\u00e9s grans o a adults (vountaris) del nostre entorn per tal que dinamitessin les activitats. Tamb\u00e9 fora bo fer participar aquellls alumnes que han estat amonetats per incivisme, falta de respecte als companys o al professorat, etc.<br \/>\nHe apr\u00e9s que per molt dif\u00edcil que sembli d&#8217;aconseguir un objectiu si persisteixes \u00e9s pot realitzar. Al principi em va resultar molt dif\u00edcil haver de parlar amb el personal de la Generalitat i m\u00e9s amb l&#8217;Inspector i encare m\u00e9s haver de demanar a l&#8217;Ajuntament el seu suport per portar a terme part del meu TDR.
