La pres\u00e8ncia dels compostos a estudiar (TP23, PPip, Resveratrol i 4QMn) far\u00e0 possible o no el creixement dels llevats, depenent del seu poder antioxidant. Metodol\u00f2gicament, per tal de valorar el creixement s\u2019ha mesurat la seva terbolesa en un lector de plaques.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dels quatre compostos avaluats tan sols el 4QMn va donar una activitat antioxidant significativa (76% de l\u2019activitat dels llevats amb SOD).
