En aquest experiment es van sembrar en plaques de Petri diferents mostres i es van veure els microorganismes que s\u2019havien format durant la fermentaci\u00f3.<br \/>\nSeguidament, durant l\u2019\u00e8poca de la verema, vaig fer un seguiment de tots els passos que es fan abans d\u2019obtenir un vi ecol\u00f2gic.<br \/>\nTenint tota la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria, vaig agafar 10 litres de most i els vaig separar per poder-los tenir en 2 condicions diferents. Com a variable independent es tenia la temperatura i com variable depenent, la densitat del most. D\u2019aquesta manera es van poder elaborar 2 gr\u00e0fiques que mostraven el canvi que hi havia en el most durant la fermentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La conclusi\u00f3 final a la qual he pogut arribar \u00e9s que \u00e9s molt important respectar les condicions i sobretot la temperatura en les quals ha d\u2019estar el most durant el proc\u00e9s de la fermentaci\u00f3, ja que aquest pot canviar i produir un resultat final no desitjable.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 he pogut comprovar que en el treball de laboratori \u00e9s de molta import\u00e0ncia respectar totes les mesures d\u2019esterilitat si es vol evitar el contagi d\u2019altres microorganismes.<br \/>\nFinalment, tamb\u00e9 he pogut comprovar que cada vegada el vi ecol\u00f2gic va guanyant m\u00e9s en el mercat i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s gr\u00e0cies a les innovacions que hi ha hagut en el sector de la viticultura.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Bibliografia:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Y.
