S\u00f3n comparables el seu poder endolcidor i el benefici que comporta el seu consum en la salut de les persones?<\/p>\n<h6><strong>El proc\u00e9s:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest treball comen\u00e7a amb una recerca bibliogr\u00e0fica i de p\u00e0gines web per aconseguir informaci\u00f3 i aprofundir en el coneixement dels diferents tipus d&#8217;edulcorants que es coneixen, de les avantatges del seu consum, etc. Per centrar-nos finalment en l&#8217;edulcorant de l&#8217;est\u00e8via. A continuaci\u00f3 es va organitzar tota la informaci\u00f3 aconseguida de manera que cobr\u00eds tots els objectius plantejats. Posteriorment, es va realitzar al laboratori l&#8217;extracci\u00f3 dels estevi\u00f2sids de la planta i la comprovaci\u00f3 del car\u00e0cter antioxidant d&#8217;aquest edulcorant. Finalment es van preparar al laboratori gominoles amb sucre i amb est\u00e8via amb l&#8217;objectiu de realitzar un estudi comparatiu entre les prefer\u00e8ncies de la poblaci\u00f3 dels diferents tipus de dol\u00e7or.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s de l\u2019estudi es va concloure que l\u2019est\u00e8via t\u00e9 molts beneficis, com per exemple que no augmenta els nivells de glucosa en sang, per\u00f2 tampoc els disminueix d\u2019entre altres.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 es van comprovar en aquest treball les propietats antioxidants que t\u00e9 l\u2019est\u00e8via o sigui la possibilitat d\u2019alentir el proc\u00e9s d\u2019oxidaci\u00f3 d\u2019altres mol\u00e8cules fent una reacci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica, on es realitza una transfer\u00e8ncia d\u2019electrons d\u2019una subst\u00e0ncia a un agent oxidant. Els antioxidants interrompen aquestes reaccions, oxidant-se ells mateixos.<br \/>\nEs va fer la comprovaci\u00f3 experimental del poder reductor dels diferents edulcorants naturals i artificials mitjan\u00e7ant la reacci\u00f3 de les seves dissolucions amb permanganat en medi b\u00e0sic, amb blau de metil\u00e8 i amb el reactiu de Fehling.<br \/>\nEs va realitzar un estudi comparatiu entre gominoles fabricades afegint sacarosa (sucre) o afegint est\u00e8via i es va comprovar el grau d\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 entre els consumidors.
