Seguidament he exposat els problemes dels f\u00e0rmacs i la seva possible soluci\u00f3 amb un alliberament controlat i espec\u00edfic gr\u00e0cies a les aplicacions de les nanopart\u00edcules poroses. Despr\u00e9s l\u2019estudi te\u00f2ric del seu alliberament des de l\u2019entrada a l\u2019organisme per diferents vies fins la desc\u00e0rrega del f\u00e0rmac mitjan\u00e7ant vari\u00efs est\u00edmuls externs i interns. He fabricat nanopart\u00edcules poroses d\u2019al\u00famina i silici mitjan\u00e7ant un proc\u00e9s d\u2019anoditzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumini i el silici. Les part\u00edcules poroses les he utilitzat per infiltrar una subst\u00e0ncia anomenada Rodamina 6G que s\u2019utilitza com a model de f\u00e0rmac.<br \/>\nLes nanopart\u00edcules han sigut caracteritzades per diferents tipus de microscopis. En particular, les mides de las part\u00edcules han requerit l\u2019\u00fas de microscopis electr\u00f2nics de rastreig (SEM) i transmissi\u00f3 (TEM).<br \/>\nPer estudiar l\u2019alliberament s\u2019ha utilitzat un espectr\u00f2metre que ha perm\u00e8s determinar la quantitat de f\u00e0rmac alliberat mitjan\u00e7at mesures d\u2019absorb\u00e0ncia. S\u2019ha obtingut la corba d\u2019alliberament de la R6G despr\u00e9s de 4 hores.<br \/>\nEls resultats que he obtingut han perm\u00e8s demostrar que \u00e9s possible fabricar nanopart\u00edcules poroses d\u2019al\u00famina i silici i utilitzar-les per l\u2019alliberament de f\u00e0rmacs. Tot i aix\u00f2, la mida d\u2019aquestes ha variat entre els micr\u00f2metres i els nan\u00f2metres, degut als processos no optimitzats de trencament de les part\u00edcules i a la resist\u00e8ncia dels materials.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment he aconseguit el meu objectiu. Gr\u00e0cies a aquesta investigaci\u00f3 la meva hip\u00f2tesis ha sigut confirmada i he pogut comprovar que \u00e9s possible la creaci\u00f3 de nanopart\u00edcules poroses. Tot i aix\u00f2, m\u2019he trobat amb diverses dificultats. La mida de les part\u00edcules no es pot controlar b\u00e9 amb el m\u00e8todes utilitzats. Quan tenim la mostres poroses de al\u00famina i silici, cal trencar-les en trossos, mitjan\u00e7ant la m\u00e0 de morter i\/o la sonicaci\u00f3. Aquest trencament no es prec\u00eds i caldria trobar un altre m\u00e8tode. D\u2019altra banda la infiltraci\u00f3 del f\u00e0rmac no \u00e9s r\u00e0pida, s\u2019ha de deixar tota la nit perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s dui a terme. La primera vegada que vaig realitzar l\u2019experiment no vaig deixar-ho el temps necessari i vaig optar per repetir-lo i deixar-lo m\u00e9s temps.
