Es tracta d\u2019una actuaci\u00f3 que\u00a0s\u2019emmarca\u00a0en el\u00a0<a title=\"Ves a la p\u00e0gina\" href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Departament\/pla-educacio-digital\/Pagines\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pla d\u2019educaci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>digital<\/strong>\u00a0de Catalunya 2020-2023<\/a>\u00a0i que t\u00e9 com a objectiu capacitar el professorat en compet\u00e8ncies digitals per tal d\u2019<strong>avan\u00e7ar en la transformaci\u00f3 del sistema educatiu actual.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El mentor o mentora digital ha d\u2019ajudar a entre 4 i 15 centres a desenvolupar la seva estrat\u00e8gia digital i els ha d\u2019acompanyar mentre la posen en marxa, entre gener de 2022 i agost de 2023. Aquest acompanyament es fa conjuntament amb la xarxa ja existent d\u2019assessors i referents digitals, i amb l\u2019equip de Cultura Digital del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els objectius principals del programa s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Que el 100 % de l\u2019alumnat tingui experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019aprenentatge que incorporin el pensament computacional, el pensament cr\u00edtic, l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019instruments i aplicacions digitals, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Que els centres acabin el proc\u00e9s amb una estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre desenvolupada.<\/li>\n<li>Que el 80% dels docents disposi de la compet\u00e8ncia digital B1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les places es cobriran mitjan\u00e7ant un proc\u00e9s\u00a0selectiu\u00a0entre el personal docent adscrit als centres titularitat del Departament\u00a0que compleixi els requisits i hi participi.
