Una bona aportaci\u00f3\u00a0 per tal d&#8217;acompanyar als docents, fam\u00edlies, serveis espec\u00edfics, personal PAS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>El primer v\u00eddeo amb el t\u00edtol:\u00a0<em>&#8220;Qu\u00e8 passa al meu cervell? I al meu cor? Acompanya&#8217;m&#8221;,\u00a0<\/em>t\u00e9 per objectiu entendre el cervell i pensar en una acollida dels nostres alumnes a la tornada. El segon v\u00eddeo, amb el t\u00edtol <em>&#8220;I a mi, qui m&#8217;acompanya?&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0est\u00e0 pensat per entendre les pr\u00f2pies compet\u00e8ncies emocionals i quines estrat\u00e8gies podem utilitzar per l&#8217;autoconeixement i l&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Esperem que us sigui d&#8217;utilitat per anar millorant la gesti\u00f3 emocional en la situaci\u00f3 que la vida ens
