Apr\u00e8n a ser un ciutad\u00e0 des de la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>1. Qu\u00e8 cal saber<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>El Servei Comunitari \u00e9s obligatori i ha de formar part de la programaci\u00f3 d\u2019una o v\u00e0ries mat\u00e8ries<\/li>\n<li>Es pot desenvolupar a 3r o a 4t d\u2019ESO<\/li>\n<li>Ha d\u2019estar vinculat a un \u00e0mbit.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019aconsella una dedicaci\u00f3 aproximada de 20 hores al desenvolupament del Servei Comunitari, que inclogui\u00a0<strong>u<\/strong><strong>n m\u00ednim de 10 hores de servei actiu a la comunitat<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s una activitat curricular, amb el tractament acad\u00e8mic que se\u2019n deriva. No \u00e9s una activitat extraescolar<\/li>\n<li>Compr\u00e8n una part d\u2019aprenentatge que es realitzar\u00e0\u00a0 dins l\u2019horari escolar i d\u2019un\u00a0<strong>servei actiu<\/strong>\u00a0a la comunitat que es dur\u00e0 a terme\u00a0<strong>fora d\u2019aquest horari<\/strong>, d\u2019acord amb les necessitats de l\u2019entitat amb qu\u00e8 es col\u00b7labora<\/li>\n<li>Tots els projectes han d\u2019estar reflectits en la<b>\u00a0Programaci\u00f3 General Anual del Centre<\/b>\u00a0i estiguin\u00a0<b>aprovats pel Consell Escolar.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>2. Convenis<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>NOVETAT!<\/strong>\u00a0Mitjan\u00e7ant la\u00a0<a title=\"Ves al DOGC\" href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/?action=fitxa&amp;documentId=874346&amp;language=ca_ES\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resoluci\u00f3 EDU\/1189\/2020<\/a>, de 28 de maig, d\u2019advocaci\u00f3 i delegaci\u00f3 de compet\u00e8ncies de la persona titular del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>es delega en els directors i directores dels centres educatius p\u00fablics<\/strong>\u00a0de titularitat del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3,<strong>\u00a0la signatura de convenis<\/strong> de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les entitats per al desenvolupament d\u2019accions de Servei Comunitari, l\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 dels quals no comprengui tot el territori de Catalunya.\u00a0Per tant, qui signa el conveni, per part del Departament, \u00e9s el\/la director\/a del centre, per delegaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per tal de signar aquest conveni cal seguir el procediment seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Cal utilitzar el<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/Contractacio\/CNV16.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>model de conveni\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>normalitzat pel Departament.<\/li>\n<li>Cal emplenar els camps indicats d\u2019aquest conveni en Word.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estigui emplenat, cal passar el document a format PDF.<\/li>\n<li>Ambdues parts han de signar el document PDF amb\u00a0<strong>signatura electr\u00f2nica SENSE QUE HI CONSTI EL N\u00daMERO DE DNI<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Cal enviar el conveni signat per ambdues parts: \u200ba l\u2019entitat, i a la Subdirecci\u00f3 General de Suport i Atenci\u00f3 a la Comunitat Educativa (espais.comunitat@xtec.cat), amb c\u00f2pia al referent territorial de Servei Comunitari i al referent dels Serveis Educatius corresponents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u200bFinalment, si es considera necessari plantejar alguna modificaci\u00f3 al text del conveni, aquesta ha d\u2019estar fonamentada i cal fer-la arribar per escrit a la Subdirecci\u00f3 General de Suport i Atenci\u00f3 a la Comunitat Educativa, que s\u2019encarregar\u00e0 de fer la consulta a l\u2019Assessoria Jur\u00eddica del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, unitat que determinar\u00e0 si aquesta modificaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha d\u2019incloure al conveni.\u200b<\/p>\n<p><b>CONVENIS amb centres p\u00fablics de titularitat del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Recordeu que per als centres p\u00fablics de titularitat del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 <b>NO cal<\/b> signar Convenis de Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el cas que estigueu a la seg\u00fcent llista:<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1Zjhq8k-OPM6QlNNIaRF3-Olhn5-16e2_Yt0vB1BTlto\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Consulteu tots els convenis aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/h5>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>4.
