Entre altres accions per a la millora,<br \/>\ns\u2019ha creat el programa Florence, que actualment ofereix la seva segona convocat\u00f2ria. El seu<br \/>\nobjectiu principal \u00e9s oferir un recurs f\u00e0cil d\u2019aplicar als centres per tal que obtinguin millores<br \/>\nen els resultats de matem\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n<p>El Programa t\u00e9 una durada de tres cursos, s\u2019inicia el curs 2024-2025 i finalitza el curs 2026-<br \/>\n2027. Durant el seu primer any, el programa Florence ofereix orientaci\u00f3, assessorament i<br \/>\nacompanyament, aix\u00ed com formaci\u00f3, materials i recursos pedag\u00f2gics. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix de<br \/>\nforma diferent a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria.<br \/>\nQu\u00e8 us ofereix el programa Florence si sou un centre d\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria?<br \/>\n&#8211; Acompanyament personalitzat d\u2019una persona referent, cada dues o tres setmanes,<br \/>\ndurant tot l\u2019horari lectiu. Aquests referents s\u00f3n docents amb \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia a<br \/>\nles aules i que s\u2019estan formant cont\u00ednuament per poder oferir respostes a mida de<br \/>\nles necessitats de cada centre.<br \/>\n&#8211; Els i les referents faran intervencions directes a l\u2019aula (codoc\u00e8ncia),<br \/>\nproporcionant modelatge de l\u2019\u00e0rea i acompanyant els docents en la implementaci\u00f3 de<br \/>\nles estrat\u00e8gies del Programa. Les intervencions es faran als nivells de 4t i 5\u00e8<br \/>\nd\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria.<br \/>\n&#8211; Materials manipulatius seleccionats per docents i experts universitaris.<br \/>\n&#8211; Guies did\u00e0ctiques que faciliten la implementaci\u00f3 de les estrat\u00e8gies i metodologies<br \/>\nproposades.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sessions de treball amb la comissi\u00f3 de matem\u00e0tiques, per assessorar en la<br \/>\ndefinici\u00f3 de la l\u00ednia d\u2019escola.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Suport per elaborar la diagnosi del vostre centre i establir estrat\u00e8gies de<br \/>\nmillora, a partir de les dades obtingudes de les proves externes del Consell Superior<br \/>\nd\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Formaci\u00f3 en centre, per a tot el claustre, en horari d\u2019exclusiva (5 hores\/mes<br \/>\naproximadament, depenent de les necessitats del centre).<br \/>\nQu\u00e8 us ofereix el programa Florence si sou un centre d\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria<br \/>\nobligat\u00f2ria?<br \/>\n&#8211; Suport per elaborar la diagnosi del vostre centre i establir estrat\u00e8gies de<br \/>\nmillora, a partir de les dades obtingudes de les proves externes del Consell Superior<br \/>\nd\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Formaci\u00f3, dissenyada per docents amb experi\u00e8ncia, fora de l\u2019horari lectiu,<br \/>\nadre\u00e7ada al professorat que imparteix matem\u00e0tiques al centre (siguin de l\u2019especialitat<br \/>\no no).
