A m\u00e9s, ara, amb la recent prohibici\u00f3 dels tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils a les escoles catalanes, el debat sobre els riscos d\u2019aquesta tecnologia ha agafat una nova dimensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, ens trobem davant d\u2019un moment crucial per reflexionar:\u00a0<strong>com podem protegir les generacions futures dels efectes potencialment perjudicials d\u2019una exposici\u00f3 excessiva i descontrolada a les pantalles? \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>La utilitzaci\u00f3 prolongada de les pantalles pot inferir en el desenvolupament cognitiu, f\u00edsic i del llenguatge<\/h3>\n<p>Com sabem, els primers anys de vida s\u00f3n crucials per al desenvolupament cognitiu i del llenguatge i, de fet, ja n\u2019hi ha diversos estudis que demostren que la utilitzaci\u00f3 prolongada de les pantalles pot interferir en aquest proc\u00e9s. En concret, es confirma que aquells\u00a0<strong>infants que passen m\u00e9s de dues hores di\u00e0ries davant d\u2019una pantalla, poden experimentar retards en el llenguatge i en les habilitats cognitives<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com tenir m\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>dificultats per recon\u00e8ixer i respondre a les emocions<\/strong>. L\u2019obesitat infantil, la fatiga ocular i l\u2019augment de casos de miopia s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies directament lligades a la manca d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica que acompanya sovint l\u2019\u00fas excessiu de dispositius electr\u00f2nics.<\/p>\n<h3>Prohibici\u00f3 dels m\u00f2bils a les escoles: necessitat o mesura dr\u00e0stica?<\/h3>\n<p>En resposta a aquests efectes negatius, moltes escoles han comen\u00e7at a implementar pol\u00edtiques per limitar l\u2019\u00fas de dispositius m\u00f2bils. Aquesta mesura t\u00e9 com a objectiu\u00a0<strong>fomentar un entorn educatiu m\u00e9s saludable i centrat en l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>.
