Al llarg de l\u2019acte, que va comptar amb l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia de m\u00e9s d\u2019un centenar de docents i altres professionals, els investigadors principals del projecte, David Duran (Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona) i Bego\u00f1a de la Iglesia (Universitat de les Illes Balears), juntament amb els altres membres de l\u2019equip, van presentar les principals conclusions de l\u2019estudi. En el mateix acte es va fer p\u00fablica la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.observacioentreiguals.com\/\">p\u00e0gina web<\/a>\u00a0del projecte, que posa a disposici\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa aquests resultats, aix\u00ed com recursos per dur-la a terme. La presentaci\u00f3 es va organitzar a trav\u00e9s de sis espais de debat i reflexi\u00f3 sobre sis temes centrals, que van permetre la participaci\u00f3 del p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En aquesta recerca han participat 328 docents de Catalunya, tots membres de la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies, programa d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 de la Subdirecci\u00f3 General d\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 Curricular del departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que potencia la formaci\u00f3 docent sobre el nou curr\u00edculum per mitj\u00e0 de l\u2019aprenentatge entre iguals i en xarxa. Juntament amb els 244 participants de les Illes Balears, en total la recerca es basa en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de 572 docents, la qual cosa la converteix en una investigaci\u00f3 puntera en l\u2019\u00e0mbit internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El model d\u2019observaci\u00f3 docent que s\u2019ha desenvolupat en el marc dels centres participants consisteix en que parelles de docents, amb graus d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i estatus similars, acorden observar-se m\u00fatuament un o diversos aspectes pedag\u00f2gics de la seva acci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula, per mitj\u00e0 d\u2019instruments de recollida d\u2019evid\u00e8ncies de la pr\u00e0ctica docent a l\u2019aula. Aquestes evid\u00e8ncies s\u2019utilitzen, posteriorment, per oferir-se\u00a0<em>feedback<\/em>\u00a0o retroalimentaci\u00f3 constructiva m\u00fatua que permeti la reflexi\u00f3 i la concreci\u00f3 d\u2019objectius de millora de la pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019ambd\u00f3s docents. Els docents han rebut formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i recursos per implementar la pr\u00e0ctica, a partir d\u2019un model senzill per\u00f2 estructurat, que cerca minimitzar les resist\u00e8ncies inicials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Parelles de docents, amb graus d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i estatus similars, acorden observar-se m\u00fatuament un o diversos aspectes pedag\u00f2gics de la seva acci\u00f3 a l\u2019aula &#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ca\">Aquest model d\u2019observaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una adaptaci\u00f3 de la proposta de Matt O\u2019Leary, professor de la Universitat de Birmingham, especialista internacional de l\u2019observaci\u00f3 entre iguals, i t\u00e9 com a prop\u00f2sit principal potenciar el di\u00e0leg professional: la persona observadora esdev\u00e9 un \u201cparell d\u2019ulls extra\u201d, que ajuda l\u2019observada a reflexionar sobre la pr\u00f2pia pr\u00e0ctica. Nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed, deixant de banda altres models centrats en el judici o en l\u2019efic\u00e0cia, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de l\u2019observaci\u00f3 pot tenir impacte en la millora de la doc\u00e8ncia i en la professionalitzaci\u00f3. Segons l\u2019informe<a href=\"https:\/\/www.educacionyfp.gob.es\/inee\/evaluaciones-internacionales\/talis\/talis-2018.html\">\u00a0Talis 2018<\/a>, a l\u2019Estat espanyol nom\u00e9s un 19% dels docents es formen en activitats basades en l\u2019aprenentatge i l\u2019observaci\u00f3 entre iguals (la mitjana de l\u2019OCDE \u00e9s 44%). El 80% del professorat dels pa\u00efsos de l\u2019OCDE considera que la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua que m\u00e9s influ\u00e8ncia ha tingut sobre el seu treball \u00e9s la basada en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre iguals (OCDE, 2019). Per contra, \u201c\u00e9s encara minorit\u00e0ria, ja que es tracta d\u2019una pr\u00e0ctica contracultural<\/span><span lang=\"ca\">\u00a0que xoca amb la tradici\u00f3 individualista del treball dels
