Les estrat\u00e8gies per fer-los beneficiosos, c\u00f2mplices del nostre benestar, s\u00f3n una eina per a modelar els nostres dies amb molta m\u00e9s autosatisfacci\u00f3, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal i en el professional.<\/p>\n<p><em>Avui pot ser un gran dia<\/em>, la can\u00e7\u00f3 que va escriure Joan Manuel Serrat, com qualsevol afirmaci\u00f3 que ens situ\u00ef en un present en positiu i aix\u00ed mateix ens projecti cap al futur m\u00e9s immediat, pot ser el millor pensament per esperonar l\u2019optimisme a l\u2019inici de cada jornada.<\/p>\n<p>Dites populars que han passat de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n breus i senzills missatges que ens asserenen en situacions dures o complexes, en moments d\u2019abatiment, mental i f\u00edsic, quan els esdeveniments a la nostra vida s\u00f3n m\u00e9s feixucs i dif\u00edcils de pair. Una idea encoratjadora en la nostra ment \u00e9s una gran aliada del nostre benestar i, per tant, de la nostra salut. Expressions com:\u00a0<em>D\u2019un gran mal en surt un gran b\u00e9<\/em>;\u00a0<em>El no ja el tenim, ara anem a pel<\/em>\u00a0<em>s\u00ed<\/em>;\u00a0<em>De m\u00e9s verdes en maduren<\/em>;\u00a0<em>De mica en mica, s\u2019omple la pica; A poc a poc i bona lletra\u2026\u00a0<\/em>ens poden fer un gran b\u00e9 a nosaltres, i tamb\u00e9, en veu nostra, als nostres familiars, ve\u00efns i amics, en moments d\u2019angoixa. S\u00f3n maons ben a l\u2019abast que construeixen benestar emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com \u00e9s expressat en l\u2019espai de Salut Mental del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canalsalut.gencat.cat\/ca\/vida-saludable\/salut-mental\/\">Canal Salut de la Generalitat<\/a>, \u201cel benestar emocional ens ajuda a afrontar els reptes, els alts i baixos diaris i les situacions quotidianes d\u2019estr\u00e8s sense enfonsar-nos, i ens facilita relacions satisfact\u00f2ries i treballar de manera eficient\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En situacions d\u2019estr\u00e8s que causen patiment mental \u2013exposen tamb\u00e9\u2013 \u201cconv\u00e9 desenvolupar habilitats que ajudin a disminuir els s\u00edmptomes de malestar ps\u00edquic\u201d. Des del mateix espai en l\u00ednia de Canal Salut, ens enllacen algunes recomanacions per promocionar h\u00e0bits positius de salut mental. Aquests s\u00f3n: Fer exercici com a m\u00ednim 30 minuts al dia, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 millora la salut f\u00edsica i mental; respectar els horaris de son, en el cas dels adolescents no menys de 8 o 9 hores di\u00e0ries; menjar de forma saludable i equilibrada; evitar drogues que afectin el desenvolupament del cervell (incloent-hi el tabac i la cafe\u00efna) i tenir un entorn familiar estable que atengui les nostres necessitats afectives. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important construir relacions socials i d\u2019amistat saludables, ja que compartir experi\u00e8ncies i cultivar relacions rec\u00edproques, de suport mutu, amb amics i companys ajuda a millorar el benestar emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Caldria tamb\u00e9 organitzar-se el temps per evitar enfrontar-se a factors estressants innecessaris, respectant el temps d\u2019estudi, les dates de lliurament i els horaris per a fer les diferents activitats.
