Es diu “Obro feel” i \u00e9s el nou\u00a0xat de WhatsApp que ha obert el Departament de Drets Socials per oferir suport emocional a adolescents i joves d’entre 14 i 29 anys.\u00a0Es tracta d’una prova pilot per\u00a0detectar preco\u00e7ment problemes de salut mental<\/strong>\u00a0com depressi\u00f3, idees su\u00efcides o trastorns de conducta aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n

El servei est\u00e0\u00a0actiu les 24 hores\u00a0<\/strong>i els set dies de la setmana perqu\u00e8 hi puguin contactar\u00a0per expressar les seves inquietuds o problemes. A l’altra banda del xat, hi ha un grup de voluntaris de la Fundaci\u00f3 Ajuda i Esperan\u00e7a que fan l’acompanyament, el suport emocional i l’orientaci\u00f3 pertinents.<\/p>\n

Rut Ribas, directora general de Joventut, ha explicat a l’ACN que\u00a0“Obro feel”\u00a0\u00e9s un joc de paraules que combina el verb “obrir” –utilitzat per a les aplicacions o per iniciar un xat– amb la paraula anglesa “feel’, que vol dir “sentir”\u00a0en angl\u00e8s. Alhora, sona com “fil” en catal\u00e0. Aix\u00ed, “obrir fil” tamb\u00e9 s’associa al fet d’explicar\u00a0una hist\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n
