L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia motriu esdev\u00e9 la porta d\u2019entrada al desenvolupament personal, social, emocional, afectiu, cognitiu\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant la viv\u00e8ncia d\u2019una gran diversitat de situacions, totes elles experi\u00e8ncies corporals i sensorials, observem com maduren. Un gran bagatge de coneixements que s\u2019obtenen a trav\u00e9s d\u2019aventures quotidianes per a l\u2019escola, per\u00f2 extraordin\u00e0ries per als infants, ja que els porten a realitzar infinitat d\u2019accions de gran transcend\u00e8ncia per al seu futur. Activitats imprescindibles per al seu creixement, com agafar, tocar, despla\u00e7ar-se, arrossegar-se, lliscar, manipular, colpejar, acariciar, rodolar, caure, jugar i interactuar amb diferents materials, textures i dureses, construir, encaixar peces, interpretar diferents hist\u00f2ries, contes, can\u00e7ons o situacions, fer titelles de dits, pintures de mans, descobrir, investigar, representar, imitar, i un etc\u00e8tera tan llarg que ompliria totes les p\u00e0gines d\u2019aquest article. Totes aquestes experi\u00e8ncies i activitats s\u00f3n rellevants perqu\u00e8, precisament, la seva incid\u00e8ncia transcendeix l\u2019acte f\u00edsic. L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia motriu esdev\u00e9 la porta d\u2019entrada al desenvolupament personal, social, emocional, afectiu, cognitiu\u2026 A l\u2019inici d\u2019aquest par\u00e0graf hem distingit entre experi\u00e8ncies \u00abcorporals\u00bb i \u00absensorials\u00bb. Tanmateix, les hem de distingir o \u00e9s precisament en aquesta falsa dicotomia on rau la clau de la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia del moviment?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sentits i corporalitat: percebem l\u2019exterior, per\u00f2 ens percebem nosaltres mateixos?<\/strong><br \/>\nComencem parlant dels sentits. Tothom sap quins s\u00f3n els cinc sentits, que ja va descriure d\u2019aquesta manera Arist\u00f2til fa quasi 2.400 anys: la vista, l\u2019o\u00efda, el tacte, l\u2019olfacte i el gust. Serveixen per percebre informaci\u00f3 de l\u2019exterior i que ens hi puguem relacionar. \u00c9s a trav\u00e9s dels \u00f2rgans dels sentits que adquirim coneixements nous, i que podem desenvolupar i madurar les nostres capacitats i habilitats, durant tota la vida, per\u00f2 molt especialment durant la infantesa. Veiem, escoltem, palpem, ensumem i degustem gr\u00e0cies al fet que el nostre cos t\u00e9 receptors especialitzats: la retina als ulls; el timp\u00e0 i la c\u00f2clea a l\u2019o\u00efda; terminacions nervioses per tota la pell per percebre el tacte d\u2019all\u00f2 que toquem i receptors qu\u00edmics al nas i a la boca per detectar subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques. Tamb\u00e9 tenim quimioreceptors a molts altres llocs del cos, com per exemple a la pell o als pulmons, per\u00f2 el cervell no identifica els senyals que capta com si fossin olors, sin\u00f3 com a part del tacte o del nostre estat intern.<\/p>\n<p>La informaci\u00f3 rebuda per tots aquests \u00f2rgans dels sentits \u00e9s transmesa fins al cervell mitjan\u00e7ant impulsos el\u00e8ctrics. El cervell interpreta aquesta informaci\u00f3 i la integra perqu\u00e8 tinguem una percepci\u00f3 unificada de l\u2019exterior. Per aix\u00f2 l\u2019organitza, la classifica, li dona coher\u00e8ncia comparant-la amb les experi\u00e8ncies i records previs i prioritza la que \u00e9s m\u00e9s rellevant. Moltes d\u2019aquestes informacions ens passen desapercebudes. El cervell nom\u00e9s ens fa ser conscients d\u2019aquelles informacions que s\u00f3n rellevants perqu\u00e8 poden indicar un perill o una oportunitat, com podria ser el cas del pessigolleig d\u2019un mosquit que ens vol picar o de l\u2019olor del dinar. I tamb\u00e9 de les situacions en qu\u00e8 dirigim la nostra atenci\u00f3 de forma volguda cap a algun aspecte del nostre entorn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLa millor forma d\u2019afavorir aquesta maduraci\u00f3 \u00e9s utilitzant tots els sentits de manera tan simult\u00e0nia com sigui possible [\u2026].
