Aix\u00f2 ajuda a detectar de forma r\u00e0pida situacions de malestar i evita la derivaci\u00f3 de casos a un tractament m\u00e9s especialitzat<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Impulsar el desplegament dels educadors emocionals en els centres educatius i formar els equips docents \u00e9s clau per preveure incipients problemes de salut mental d\u2019infants i joves. Aix\u00ed ho indica l\u2019informe\u00a0<em>Educaci\u00f3 emocional i salut mental a les escoles,<\/em>\u00a0elaborat per la Comissi\u00f3 de Treball del Consell Educatiu Municipal de Barcelona (CEMB) arran de la pand\u00e8mia de la covid19.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Com a exemple, l\u2019estudi destaca que a l\u2019Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u el nombre de consultes a urg\u00e8ncies de salut mental va augmentar un 47% durant el primer trimestre de 2021 i els intents de su\u00efcidi es van multiplicar per vuit. La crisi sanit\u00e0ria tamb\u00e9 ha servit per reflexionar sobre el paper de les escoles com a espais de protecci\u00f3, i \u00e9s que durant el confinament de mar\u00e7 i juny del 2020, es va posar en evid\u00e8ncia les desigualtats de les fam\u00edlies a l\u2019hora d\u2019accedir a recursos sociosanitaris, juntament amb la clausura d\u2019activitats de refor\u00e7 escolar o de serveis orientats a la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Aix\u00f2 suposa que el paper dels equips docents va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de ser referent educatiu i que l\u2019escola actua com a paraigua de l\u2019estat emocional i mental de l\u2019alumnat. Sota el guiatge dels equips d\u2019Assessorament i Orientaci\u00f3 Psicopedag\u00f2gica (EAP), tamb\u00e9 constitueix un espai des d\u2019on derivar als serveis especialitzats aquells casos que requereixin d\u2019un grau de tractament m\u00e9s elevat.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Hi ha diverses experi\u00e8ncies en aquest sentit. L\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Barcelona (ASPB) impulsa des del 2017 el programa\u00a0<em>1, 2, 3, emoci\u00f3!<\/em>, en qu\u00e8 el professorat realitza activitats per desenvolupar compet\u00e8ncies emocionals en el segon cicle d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil amb l\u2019objectiu de tractar aspectes com l\u2019autoestima, l\u2019amistat, el sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a, les reaccions davant la frustraci\u00f3 o l\u2019afrontament del canvi, la p\u00e8rdua i la mort.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">\u201cUna primera condici\u00f3\u00a0per a la promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional \u00e9s que els mateixos equips docents reconeguin la necessitat d\u2019integrar-la en la seva pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria. Cal fomentar la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i la formaci\u00f3 del professorat per tal que tinguin les compet\u00e8ncies emocionals necess\u00e0ries i es puguin sentir segurs en el moment de posar-les en pr\u00e0ctica\u201d, subratllen els experts, que asseguren que per tal de formar equips docents receptius, el professorat ha d\u2019aprendre tamb\u00e9 a descriure les seves emocions en primera\u00a0persona. \u201cAquesta formaci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3 dels equips docents \u00e9s essencial per desenvolupar el m\u00e0xim potencial de les escoles en accions de prevenci\u00f3 i detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7\u201d.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Per tal de planificar i fixar objectius, aquesta tasca educativa s\u2019ha d\u2019incloure en els projectes educatius de centre (PEC), en els projectes curriculars de centre (PCC) o en els plans d\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial (PAT). L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que hi hagi una pres\u00e8ncia transversal de les compet\u00e8ncies emocionals en el contingut curricular m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la voluntat individual dels membres de l\u2019equip educatiu.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Integrar les fam\u00edlies en aquest proc\u00e9s \u00e9s igualment cabdal: \u201cEls pares i les mares s\u00f3n els referents primaris i han d\u2019ajudar el personal del m\u00f3n educatiu a con\u00e8ixer l\u2019infant. Sovint, \u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de les relacions interpersonals que es produeixen en el si de les fam\u00edlies que emergeixen els conflictes i els malestars que posteriorment afloren en els contextos escolars a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019estr\u00e8s, l\u2019ansietat, la por, la irritabilitat, la tristesa, la depressi\u00f3 o la r\u00e0bia\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"ca-ES\">Personal expert<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\">Crear espais de confian\u00e7a, saber qu\u00e8 conv\u00e9 a cada fam\u00edlia i fer una atenci\u00f3 especialitzada suposen grans passes endavant i, per a aix\u00f2, \u00e9s necessari comptar amb el suport de personal expert. Una experi\u00e8ncia capdavantera \u00e9s el projecte\u00a0<em>L\u2019EIPI amb l\u2019escola<\/em>\u00a0amb equips interdisciplinaris d\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la petita inf\u00e0ncia. A Nou Barris col\u00b7labora amb les escoles bressol de la Zona Nord en el diagn\u00f2stic preco\u00e7 de trastorns del desenvolupament i de situacions de risc.
