Hi ha consens entre la comunitat educativa que els tres pilars b\u00e0sics s\u00f3n l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, el descans i l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEls infants i els joves cada cop dinen m\u00e9s tard, pitjor i sols\u201d, indica l\u2019estudi, que relaciona aquest canvi amb l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 a l\u2019horari intensiu: \u201cEn el m\u00f3n escolar, fruit de diferents circumst\u00e0ncies i negociacions, es van compactar els horaris escolars; l\u2019horari lectiu va passar de ser de mat\u00ed i tarda a ser exclusivament de mat\u00ed; com que el nombre d\u2019hores lectives no podia modificar-se, a partir d\u2019aquell moment l\u2019alumnat es va incorporar m\u00e9s aviat a l\u2019escola o l\u2019institut i va plegar m\u00e9s tard\u201d. Aix\u00ed, la majoria de menjadors de secund\u00e0ria van desapar\u00e8ixer per la manca d\u2019oferta lectiva a la tarda i el baix volum de men\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p>La secret\u00e0ria del Consell Educatiu Municipal de Barcelona, Marta Carranza, recorda que els experts que van assessorar-los en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019informe indiquen que s\u2019hauria de menjar cada tres hores, aproximadament. \u201cEl que no \u00e9s saludable \u00e9s estar moltes hores sense cap ingesta. A secund\u00e0ria, hi ha qui entra a les 8 i surt a les 2 i, entremig, no menja entrep\u00e0, sin\u00f3 llaminadures. Un bon h\u00e0bit \u00e9s fer una parada a mig mat\u00ed i fer ganyips, menjar nous, avellanes, ametlles, o fruita, per arribar a l\u2019hora de dinar amb suficient energia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, Carranza subratlla que \u201camb la supressi\u00f3 dels menjadors dels instituts es va agreujar el problema i va ser un pas enrere pel que fa a l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3\u201d, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la distribuci\u00f3 i organitzaci\u00f3 leg\u00edtimes de cada centre i del professorat.<\/p>\n<h3>Substitueixen \u00e0pats per bosses de patates<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019estudi assenyala que, quan els infants i joves menjaven a l\u2019escola, es garantia una qualitat i un acompanyament, mentre que en l\u2019actualitat hi ha casos en qu\u00e8 acaben substituint \u00e0pats per bosses de patates o aliments poc saludables, sobretot en zones m\u00e9s desafavorides i vulnerables. Aix\u00ed, la prevalen\u00e7a d\u2019obesitat infantil en el barri de la Mina \u00e9s d\u2019un 24%, mentre que a Sant Gervasi \u00e9s d\u2019un 2,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Entre les mesures proposades per a una millor nutrici\u00f3 dels infants i el jovent, figura fer un seguiment a les fam\u00edlies que, un cop l\u2019alumnat passa a secund\u00e0ria, continua requerint una ajuda per garantir una alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible.<\/p>\n<h3>Dormen menys i pitjor<\/h3>\n<p>El Consell incideix que \u00e9s necessari dormir nou hores per rendir b\u00e9 a l\u2019aula, per\u00f2 \u201cany rere any, els infants i joves dormen menys i pitjor\u201d. El descans, tan important en les etapes de creixement, no esdev\u00e9 una prioritat, i no tenir uns bons h\u00e0bits de son pot provocar \u201calteracions en el car\u00e0cter, irritabilitat i baix rendiment escolar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, el document alerta que \u201cels horaris i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de la jornada existent a l\u2019Estat espanyol no s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s adequats per respectar els ritmes del cos, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s especialment dram\u00e0tic en infants i joves\u201d. Per aix\u00f2, es recomana avan\u00e7ar els horaris d\u2019activitat extraescolar i l\u2019hora del sopar.
