Perqu\u00e8 refor\u00e7ar\u00edem el poder de l\u2019agressor. Ho diu i ho subratlla ben clar el programa (revolucionari) que a les escoles finlandeses planta cara al bullying: l\u2019anomenat\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.escalae.org\/programa-kiva-anti-bullying\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">KiVA<\/a>\u00a0(que neix de les paraules Kiusaamista Vastaan, en catal\u00e0: contra l\u2019assetjament escolar).<\/h6>\n<p><br class=\"blank\" \/>Descobrim en 14 punts i en un v\u00eddeo perqu\u00e8 aquesta eina t\u00e9 l\u2019efic\u00e0cia que t\u00e9. Les il\u00b7lustracions que ens acompanyen s\u00f3n de la s\u00e8rie\u00a0<em>Protagonistes\u00a0<\/em>de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gemmaparisromia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Gemma Par\u00eds<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.\u00a0<\/strong>Va n\u00e9ixer d\u2019un comprom\u00eds tena\u00e7 entre la comunitat educativa i el govern finland\u00e8s per tallar d\u2019arrel el problema. Se\u2019n van fer c\u00e0rrec un grup d\u2019investigadors de la Universitat de Turku, que duia 25 anys estudiant les relacions entre els nens. El 2007 arrencava el programa KiVa, finan\u00e7at pel govern i dissenyat per aquest equip.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cEl projecte va comen\u00e7ar a introduir-se de forma aleatoria a les escoles de Finl\u00e0ndia\u201d, explica Christina Salmivalli, professora de psicologia i una de les inventores del programa. \u201cAnys despr\u00e9s els resultats d\u2019un estudi per veure quina incid\u00e8ncia tenia aquest m\u00e8tode en els alumnes van ser sorprenents. Hi havien participat 234 centres del pa\u00eds i 30.000 estudiants d\u2019entre 7 i 15 anys. KiVa havia aconseguit reduir tots els tipus d\u2019assetjaments en un 79% de les escoles\u201d.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Ella mateixa explica el rerefons d\u2019aquest projecte: \u201cKiVa intenta canviar les normes que regeixen el grup: hi ha els altres, aquelles persones que no assetgen, que observen, que en s\u00f3n testimonis i riuen. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta comunicaci\u00f3 no verbal transmeten el missatge que el que passa \u00e9s divertit o est\u00e0 b\u00e9, encara que en el fons tinguin una opini\u00f3 diferent. No s\u2019ha de canviar l\u2019actitud de la v\u00edctima, perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s extravertida o menys t\u00edmida, sin\u00f3 influir en els testimonis. Si s\u2019aconsegueix que no participin en l\u2019assetjament, aix\u00f2 far\u00e0 canviar l\u2019actitud de l\u2019assetjador. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s conscienciar de com d\u2019important s\u00f3n les accions en grup i empatitzar, defensar i donar suport a la v\u00edctima.\u201d<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0Els estudiants s\u00f3n instru\u00efts als set, deu i tretze anys per identificar les diverses formes de bullying. Hi ha deu temaris i treballs que es realitzen durant el curs: s\u2019ensenyen valors com l\u2019empatia i el respecte. Els recursos que s\u2019utilitzen s\u00f3n des de xerrades i videojocs fins a recursos per a mestres i llargmetratges.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cVam detectar que molts nens no explicaven el seu cas. Aix\u00ed que vam afegir una b\u00fastia virtual. D\u2019aquesta manera, poden denunciar si s\u00f3n v\u00edctimes o testimonis\u201d, explica Christina Salmivalli.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>6.\u00a0<\/strong>A cada escola hi ha un equip KiVa integrat per tres adults que detecten i investiguen els casos d\u2019assetjament escolar. Primer actuen com a filtres per saber si l\u2019assetjament \u00e9s puntual o continuat. Despr\u00e9s parlen amb la v\u00edctima per ajudar-la i tranquil\u00b7litzar-la. Posteriorment es dirigeixen als assetjadors perqu\u00e8 siguin conscients de les seves accions i les canvi\u00efn, aix\u00ed com amb els testimonis.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>7.\u00a0<\/strong>KiVa estableix que els vigilants del pati facin servir armilles per augmentar la seva visibilitat i per recordar als alumnes que la seva feina \u00e9s ser responsables de la seguretat de tots.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>8.<\/strong>\u00a0Aquest m\u00e8tode redueix significativament l\u2019assetjament escolar denunciat per la v\u00edctima i pels seus companys, a m\u00e9s de reduir-ne les repres\u00e0lies.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>9.<\/strong>\u00a0Evita la viol\u00e8ncia verbal, f\u00edsica i el ciberassetjament.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>10.\u00a0<\/strong>Provoca efectes positius en l\u2019apreciaci\u00f3 de l\u2019escola, la motivaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i el rendiment escolar.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>11.\u00a0<\/strong>Ha ajudat el 98% de les v\u00edctimes que van participar en reunions amb els equips de KiVa de l\u2019escola a sentir que la seva situaci\u00f3 millorava.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>12.<\/strong>\u00a0Facilita als alumnes el domini de les habilitats socials i la interioritzaci\u00f3 de principis que afavoreixen la conviv\u00e8ncia.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><strong>13.<\/strong>\u00a0Augmenta el benestar escolar i la motivaci\u00f3 per estudiar, al mateix temps que disminueix l\u2019angoixa i les depressions.
