Des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva, no hi ha dubte que els ODS representen una oportunitat per a la inf\u00e0ncia, ja que promouen i impulsen els drets que han de protegir les futures generacions.<\/p>\n<p>Garantir el benestar de la inf\u00e0ncia \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 essencial per complir amb els ODS. Des del prisma de la inf\u00e0ncia, ens proposen un model social i pol\u00edtic que, necess\u00e0riament, ha de posar els nens al centre, especialment els m\u00e9s vulnerables. En el context de la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia Internacional de la Inf\u00e0ncia (20 de novembre) \u00e9s pertinent explorar aquesta perspectiva.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Agenda 2030 ofereix un marc que obre la mirada a noves dimensions del benestar infantil associades a l&#8217;equitat, el desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic, el medi ambient i el canvi clim\u00e0tic, la promoci\u00f3 de la pau i la protecci\u00f3 dels nens i adolescents. Aquest comprom\u00eds crida governs i societat civil. Tots dos han d&#8217;impulsar i ajudar en la seva implementaci\u00f3 i posar com a prioritat l&#8217;inter\u00e8s superior del menor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ha de partir de la trilogia que ha inspirat l&#8217;Agenda 2030 \u2013societat, economia i medi ambient (en angl\u00e8s les tres pes:\u00a0<em>people<\/em>,\u00a0<em>profit<\/em>,\u00a0<em>planet<\/em>)\u2013, que es reflecteix en la sostenibilitat ambiental global i l&#8217;ajuda per al desenvolupament. Coordenades que, sens dubte, han de beneficiar els nens m\u00e9s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>Dels 17 ODS, l&#8217;Unicef ha considerat b\u00e0sics per protegir la inf\u00e0ncia i l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia les que els ofereixen un entorn segur i unes perspectives de creixement personal en qu\u00e8 les desigualtats siguin superades.<\/p>\n<div class=\"featured featured--text\">\n<div class=\"title\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"text\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Garantir el benestar de la inf\u00e0ncia \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 essencial per complir amb els ODS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"advertising-wrapper\" data-google-query-id=\"CLzV6MCwrPQCFYvhGwod360ISQ\">\n<p>En aquest sentit, l&#8217;ODS 4 se centra en una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva, equitativa i de qualitat, que promogui oportunitats d&#8217;aprenentatge per a tothom, i especialment per a les nenes que s\u00f3n excloses dels programes educatius. Aquest objectiu permetr\u00e0 tenir poblacions amb opinions pr\u00f2pies i pensament cr\u00edtic per decidir sobre el seu futur.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ODS 10 lluita contra la desigualtat, tenint en compte que cal no tractar tots els nens de la mateixa manera, ja que s\u2019ha de saber discriminar positivament els que neixen en entorns desfavorits. Cr\u00e9ixer en un barri amb baixos recursos s&#8217;associa\u00a0a m\u00e9s probabilitats de frac\u00e0s escolar, provocat per la falta d&#8217;un habitatge digne, mala alimentaci\u00f3, falta d&#8217;higiene i una bretxa digital que castiga els m\u00e9s desfavorits. Acabar amb aquestes injust\u00edcies ha de ser un dels grans reptes de les pol\u00edtiques socials.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ODS 3 ha estat utilitzat preferentment en pol\u00edtiques sanit\u00e0ries per a adults. No obstant aix\u00f2, la pand\u00e8mia ha posat en primera l\u00ednia la fragilitat dels menors, que s&#8217;han sentit a\u00efllats i desbordats per situacions d&#8217;ansietat i estr\u00e8s. \u00c9s urgent donar visibilitat a aquesta situaci\u00f3, permetent que els joves i adolescents siguin escoltats, podent decidir, en funci\u00f3 de la seva maduresa, sobre la seva salut i els tractaments sanitaris als quals puguin ser sotmesos.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, l&#8217;Agenda 2030 dedica l&#8217;ODS 16 a la pau i la just\u00edcia i l&#8217;ODS 17 a les aliances per treballar en pro d&#8217;aquests objectius en el context d&#8217;un espai de trobada intersectorial d&#8217;organitzacions, xarxes i plataformes. Tots dos s\u00f3n eines instrumentals que creen un espai propici per treballar a favor d&#8217;un entorn de pau positiva, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de viol\u00e8ncia, oferint als nens la possibilitat de gaudir dels drets a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i a la salut en l&#8217;entorn segur que la societat els deu.<\/p>\n<p>Potser els ODS s\u00f3n objectius ambiciosos, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 necessaris per construir un m\u00f3n millor en qu\u00e8 desapareguin les desigualtats i es respecti el planeta en qu\u00e8 vivim. \u00c9s a dir, el planeta que els nostres nens tenen dret a heretar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carmen Parra, <\/strong>directora de la C\u00e0tedra UNESCO en Pau, Solidaritat i Di\u00e0leg Intercultural de la Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
