Algunes vides d\u2019infants i adolescents estan definides, condicionades, pels patiments derivats de relacions \u2013escolars i no escolars\u2013 basades en diverses formes d\u2019ab\u00fas i menyspreu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/selva1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu773\/2021\/11\/Captura-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4125\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/selva1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu773\/2021\/11\/Captura-4-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/selva1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu773\/2021\/11\/Captura-4-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/selva1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu773\/2021\/11\/Captura-4-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/selva1\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu773\/2021\/11\/Captura-4.png 426w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Algunes fam\u00edlies, desconcertades, acusen l\u2019escola de no haver-se assabentat del patiment o de no haver volgut intervenir per evitar-ho. A cop d\u2019alarma medi\u00e0tica, les administracions posen en marxa protocols que cerquen distribuir responsabilitats. Els i les professionals de l\u2019escola col\u00b7leccionen llistes de problemes (amb etiqueta o sense) als que parar atenci\u00f3 entre obligacions curriculars i escassa demanda de fam\u00edlies i responsables per a qu\u00e8 la seva feina tamb\u00e9 sigui mirar vides.<\/p>\n<h3>Del Pla de conviv\u00e8ncia al protocol<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019assetjament entre iguals, que pren una dimensi\u00f3 dominant a l\u2019escola en la mesura que les vides d\u2019infants i adolescents s\u00f3n en bona part personatges escolars, pendula entre el desconeixement m\u00e9s o menys actiu de les persones adultes que els envolten i l\u2019hiperdiagn\u00f2stic reactiu que redueix la complexitats de les dificultats de relaci\u00f3 i els patiments destructors a una etiqueta (tot passa a ser q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de bullying) que ha de ser tractada amb respostes espec\u00edfiques, amb f\u00e0rmacs \u00e9ducatius singulars. Alternativament, passem dels silencis impotents o negligents als desenfocaments reductors. Del \u201csempre ha passat\u201d al \u201ces tracta d\u2019una patologia en augment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des que en els primers anys d\u2019aquest segle el su\u00efcidi d\u2019un adolescent d\u2019Hondarribia (que tenia darrere una fam\u00edlia amb poder medi\u00e0tic) genera una forta reacci\u00f3 social i pol\u00edtica (el propi Parlament va encarregar un informe sobre el tema), hem anat posant en marxa actuacions que o no tenien en compte la globalitat del fenomen o envellien amb rapidesa en una societat canviat, en una escola complexa obligada a renovar-se acceleradament.<\/strong>\u00a0Una historia que, en ser redu\u00efda tant sols a un tema de confortacions i sotmetiments, quedava desbordada quan la diversitat, la desigualtat i la segregaci\u00f3 passen a ser variables determinants de la vida de moltes escoles. Una an\u00e0lisi inicialment redu\u00efda a les relacions presencials escolars, quedava desborda quan les dimensions digitals i virtuals inunden les relacions entre iguals i modifiquen les influ\u00e8ncies educatives.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edem seguir recordant els canvis i les inadaptacions successives i recorrer\u00edem el cam\u00ed que va des de la primera obligatorietat legal de tenir elaborat un \u201cPla de conviv\u00e8ncia\u201d a cada escola (del que ja ning\u00fa t\u00e9 record), fins la implantaci\u00f3 dels protocols, passant per tallers i educacions solidaries varies. I, en el recorregut, tornariem a ser impactats per com, peri\u00f2dicament, alguns adolescents descriuen i anuncien a les xarxes la seva decisi\u00f3 d\u2019acabar amb el patiment acabant amb la seva vida.<\/p>\n<p>Recuperant velles reflexions i pensant en noves em proposo escriure d\u2019algunes de les dimensions de l\u2019assetjament vital.<strong>\u00a0Tornar\u00e9 a suggerir com pensar en construir llocs per conviure, destacant l\u2019univers de les orfandats educatives.<\/strong>\u00a0I, finalment, suggerir\u00e9 el retorn de les mirades, la construcci\u00f3 dels suports i les amistats que redueixen les possibilitats de patir en solitud i silenci.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/diarieducacio.cat\/rosasensat\/2021\/11\/04\/quan-nomes-es-pot-patir-en-silenci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alguns alumnes, algunes alumnes, dediquen una part del seu temps escolar a fer la vida impossible a un company o companya.
