Ets tutor\/a de l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida, provablement una de les feines m\u00e9s apassionants i agra\u00efdes dins del cos de mestres i professors, des del LIC et volem acompanyar en aquest moment oferint aquesta petita guia d\u2019inici:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Domina l\u2019xtec<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 un apartat espec\u00edfic dins la p\u00e0gina xtec per l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/alumnatnou\/\">alumnat nouvingut<\/a>, hi podr\u00e0s trobar material, articles, procediments, etc. Et recomanem que hi passis una bona estona familiaritzant-te, ser\u00e0 un gran encert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Avaluaci\u00f3 inicial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Per poder saber el nivell inicial dels alumnes de l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida el departament posa a la teva disposici\u00f3 una <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/alumnatnou\/avaluacio\/inicial2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avaluaci\u00f3 inicial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a partir dels resultats podr\u00e0s comen\u00e7ar a organitzar com treballar\u00e0s i t\u2019organitzar\u00e0s dins l\u2019aula.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Organitzaci\u00f3 dins l\u2019aula<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/0058\/823d1d60-559d-412a-a9be-28b5faa581ae\/prog_lcatalana.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">programaci\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ser\u00e0 important\u00edssima dins l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida, a partir del pla inicial podr\u00e0s anar afegint i desfent segons la necessitat del moment, per\u00f2 sempre hi haur\u00e0 una base programada. Segons els diferents nivells que tinguis a l\u2019aula podr\u00e0s anar alternant activitats,passant de col\u00b7lectives a aut\u00f2nomes, respectant el ritme i el nivell de cada alumne.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nivells MECR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 Un cop assolit el nivell B1 en totes les habilitats ling\u00fc\u00edstiques comunicatives els alumnes de l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida ja no necessiten un suport espec\u00edfic, tot i que, especialment en les mat\u00e8ries amb m\u00e9s c\u00e0rrega ling\u00fc\u00edstica i cultural, puguin necessitar encara suports personalitzats. Per poder seguir d\u2019aprop l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels teus alumnes en refer\u00e8ncia als nivells MERC et deixem el seg\u00fcent <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/projectes\/alumnat-origen-estranger\/suport-linguistic-social\/seguiment\/Alumnat_origen_estranger_descriptors_llengua.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enlla\u00e7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La llengua oral, la teva gran aliada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La llengua oral \u00e9s important\u00edssima dins l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida, ja que \u00e9s el motor principal de la comunicaci\u00f3, la llengua oral permetr\u00e0 als alumnes moure\u2019s amb m\u00e9s autonomia, realitzar noves amistats, poder comprendre conceptes de l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria, etc. Ser\u00e0 la<br \/>\nporta d\u2019entrada a altres compet\u00e8ncies ling\u00fc\u00edstiques com l\u2019escriptura o la lectura. Pots fer un cop d\u2019ull al seg\u00fcent <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/acollidasuport\/portada\/estrategies-didactiques-per-fer-us-de-la-llengua-oral\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">article<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ben segur que et ser\u00e0 \u00fatil.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Les motxilles dels alumnes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cada alumne ha patit un dol migratori, alguns d\u2019aquests dols encara s\u00f3n molt presents quan arriben a l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida, la feina del tutor \u00e9s respectar aquests sentiments sense invisibilitzar-los, escoltar sense jutjar i ser conscient d\u2019ells sense exigir als alumnes que els verbalitzin si no ho desitgen. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No tot seran conjugacions verbals! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les conjugacions verbals s\u00f3n molt importants, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hem de treure el cap dels llibres de text per <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/enxarxats.intersindical.org\/nee\/xarranca_GC.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jugar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/plurilinguisme\/metodologies\/tilc\/immersiolinguistica\/enrolat\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conversar<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/llengua.gencat.cat\/ca\/serveis\/informacio_i_difusio\/publicacions_en_linia\/llegir_per_parlar\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">llegir<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aquestes accions tamb\u00e9 ens ajudaran a l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 del catal\u00e0 i motivaran a l\u2019alumne a la vegada que el faran sentir a gust en l\u2019entorn.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Eines digitals i integraci\u00f3 de les compet\u00e8ncies digitals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les noves tecnologies s\u00f3n les nostres aliades, per\u00f2 dins l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida ens podem trobar que alguns alumnes mostrin problemes d\u2019alfabetitzaci\u00f3 digital. Ja que a l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria les compet\u00e8ncies digitals estan a l\u2019ordre del dia, podem aprofitar l\u2019estona de l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida per guardar un espai per a treballar-les, engrescar els alumnes i a la vegada adquirir el catal\u00e0.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>La cohesi\u00f3 de grup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. L\u2019aula d\u2019acollida \u00e9s un espai redu\u00eft per l\u2019alumnat nouvingut, tots els alumnes han passat per una migraci\u00f3 recent i comparteixen una experi\u00e8ncia similar, crear vincles entre aquest alumnat els pot ajudar a potenciar una imatge positiva de si mateixos i a millorar l\u2019autoestima. Realitzar activitats din\u00e0miques i d\u2019interacci\u00f3 a la classe ajudar\u00e0 en aquest prop\u00f2sit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Objectiu: l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nostre objectiu principal, a part de l\u2019aprenentatge del catal\u00e0, \u00e9s que els alumnes puguin assistir a l\u2019aula ordin\u00e0ria i que comprenguin els conceptes explicats en ella.
