Grader permet fer un seguiment personalitzat de l\u2019estudiant i genera una agenda digital que fa que tant l\u2019alumne com el professor com els pares o tutors del jove s\u00e0piguen l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 que va tenint. En aquest sentit, si el jove falla en algun aspecte concret, el professor hi pot incidir de manera espec\u00edfica per tal de poder millorar. El docent pot demanar als alumnes que facin els exercicis que han entrat els inventors de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 i que \u00e9s el de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, o pot posar noves tasques que s\u2019hagin de resoldre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-body__text \">Actualment, Grader compta amb banc de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques de la Generalitat, perqu\u00e8 aquells estudiants que ho necessitin puguin repassar els conceptes que no tenen clars. Tot i aix\u00f2, si el professor vol, pot incorporar preguntes o exercicis que despr\u00e9s els joves responen i treballen a casa.<\/p>\n<div id=\"smartIntxt\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"article-body__text \"><strong>Visi\u00f3 \u00abcoral\u00bb al docent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"article-body__text \">Un cop han acabat les tasques que el docent els ha encomanat, els estudiants reben una qualificaci\u00f3 amb les respostes encertades i les que no han fet b\u00e9. Uns resultats en format PDF que tamb\u00e9 reben els pares o els tutors de l\u2019estudiant i el professor. \u00abD\u2019aquesta manera ens podem centrar en aquells aspectes que m\u00e9s els pot costar o en els que cal incidir m\u00e9s\u00bb, explica David Amores, professor i un dels inventors de Grader. Totes les qualificacions es registren en una agenda digital del jove i aix\u00ed es pot fer un seguiment \u00abacurat\u00bb de com est\u00e0 evolucionant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-body__text \">Josep Llu\u00eds Jorge \u00e9s un altre dels socis de Grader. Ell \u00e9s inform\u00e0tic i explica que es tracta d\u2019una eina \u00abmolt intu\u00eftiva i f\u00e0cil de manejar\u00bb. La idea, explica Jorge, \u00e9s que sigui \u00ab\u00e0gil per a alumnes i professors\u00bb i que permeti treballar amb facilitat a uns i altres. El tercer soci de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un empresari, Carles Colomina.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-body__text \">De moment, Grader es troba en format gratu\u00eft, per\u00f2 si es vol tenir acc\u00e9s a m\u00e9s opcions cal fer un petit pagament. La idea dels tres inventors de Grader \u00e9s poder treballar amb escoles i, sobretot, instituts, ja que es tracta d\u2019una aplicaci\u00f3 destinada a secund\u00e0ria. De moment, ja han trobat dos centres que han mostrat inter\u00e8s amb Grader.
