Es tracta d\u2019un document que aborda els diferents factors que incideixen en aquest fenomen i estableix les accions amb l\u2019objectiu de reduir la taxa de Catalunya. Aquest mat\u00ed s\u2019ha presentat el Pla en el marc d\u2019una jornada professional que ha tingut lloc a Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019abandonament escolar prematur fa refer\u00e8ncia a la poblaci\u00f3 que no ha completat la formaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica (ESO) o que un cop finalitzada, no ha acabat la postobligat\u00f2ria i no continua amb cap tipus de formaci\u00f3. La Uni\u00f3 Europea considera que la proporci\u00f3 hauria de ser inferior al 9 %; a Catalunya, el 2024, la taxa era del 13,7 -el 2017 se situava al 17,1-.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un pla, 10 estrat\u00e8gies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 preveu 10 estrat\u00e8gies per lluitar contra l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur. En cadascuna d\u2019elles, s\u2019inclouen els objectius a assolir en l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu aix\u00ed com les accions ja en marxa i les noves mesures plantejades. Les 10 estrat\u00e8gies s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Treball en xarxa amb altres administracions<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Orientaci\u00f3 educativa<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Lluita contra la segregaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Flexibilitat en les traject\u00f2ries educatives<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Formaci\u00f3 professional<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Alumnat nouvingut<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Prevenci\u00f3 i seguiment de l\u2019absentisme+<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Formaci\u00f3 docent<\/li>\n<li data-list=\"bullet\">Impuls a la recerca<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>El document concreta el conjunt d\u2019accions a desenvolupar els seg\u00fcents cursos. Per exemple: elaborar un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 conjunt entre les diverses administracions; aprovar i desplegar el Decret d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa; incloure la perspectiva de la segregaci\u00f3 residencial al Pacte contra la segregaci\u00f3 escolar; regularitzar els centres de segona oportunitat; i actualitzar el Protocol d\u2019\u00e0mbit comunitari davant situacions d\u2019absentisme, entre moltes altres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projecte Reconnect-ES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La jornada tamb\u00e9 ha donat a con\u00e8ixer el projecte Reconnect-ES, una iniciativa del Departament amb l\u2019objectiu de reduir l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur a trav\u00e9s de la tasca de 52 educadors socials que donen suport als joves que han deixat els seus estudis. Els educadors van contactar telef\u00f2nicament durant el passat curs amb joves que el 2023-2024 havien deixat els estudis, i a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 han aconseguit reinserir els joves al sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, de 8.941 joves contactats, un 15,28 % s\u2019han reincorporat de nou al sistema educatiu, el que suposa un total de 1.366 alumnes. D\u2019aquests, el 32,9 % es van matricular a la formaci\u00f3 professional de grau mitj\u00e0; el 13,2 % a programes de formaci\u00f3 i inserci\u00f3; el 13 % als certificats de professionalitat i el 8 % al batxillerat.
