Es tracta d\u2019uns dibuixos que il\u00b7lustren tots els espais pels quals poden acabar passant (triatge, exploraci\u00f3, observaci\u00f3, guixos, etc.), aix\u00ed com les parts del cos i els s\u00edmptomes amb els quals cursen la majoria de les malalties. Des de mal de cap, de coll, de panxa o d\u2019esquena, febre, mocs, tos, erupcions, v\u00f2mits, diarrea o marejos. Tamb\u00e9 recullen totes aquelles proves diagn\u00f2stiques amb les quals poden topar-se, com exploracions de coll o o\u00efda, presa de temperatura o pressi\u00f3, frotis a la boca, anal\u00edtiques de sang, plaques, etc. I els possibles tractaments, des d\u2019aquells m\u00e9s senzills, com pot ser un xarop, una pastilla o un embenat, a aquells m\u00e9s complexos, com intubar-los, posar una via o una sonda vesical o nasog\u00e0strica. Un recurs que infermeres, TCAI, pediatres i altres perfils sanitaris utilitzen sobretot amb pacients amb problemes comunicatius derivats per exemple d\u2019un trastorn de l\u2019espectre autista (TEA) o amb barrera idiom\u00e0tica, si es tracta de fam\u00edlies nouvingudes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ara-body-title\"><strong>Ambient m\u00e9s dist\u00e8s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s dimarts a les 10 del mat\u00ed i la Ver\u00f3nica acudeix a urg\u00e8ncies amb el seu fill, el Joel, de cinc anys i que t\u00e9 TEA. Mentre esperen el seu torn, el noi es mostra tranquil, molt pendent de la seva mare, a qui agafa de la m\u00e0 quan la infermera pedi\u00e0trica Yasmina Ros i la TCAI d\u2019urg\u00e8ncies pedi\u00e0triques M\u00f3nica Fern\u00e1ndez el criden. Abans de passar a la sala d\u2019exploraci\u00f3, Ros i Fern\u00e1ndez s\u2019aturen un moment a la porta per ensenyar-li el pictograma que li avan\u00e7a qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que hi faran. Un cop a consulta, li pregunten a l\u2019infant, amant dels cotxes i de fer construccions amb Lego, si li fa mal el coll o t\u00e9 mocs, acompanyant-se dels corresponents pictogrames. El petit diu que no, per\u00f2 Ros li explica, ajudant-se dels pictogrames, que aviat la doctora vindr\u00e0 i li mirar\u00e0 el coll. En cas que tingui el coll irritat, prossegueix, li recomanaran un xarop \u2014que li mostren amb un altre pictograma\u2014. Mentre arriba la doctora, aprofiten per prendre-li la temperatura, no sense abans mostrar-li el pictograma on apareix el term\u00f2metre i que ell accedeixi que ho facin. Com que en Joel mostra tant inter\u00e8s en els pictogrames, Ros i Fern\u00e1ndez n&#8217;hi continuen mostrant d&#8217;altres on surten nens i nenes als quals els fa mal l\u2019esquena o tenen el bra\u00e7 en cabestrell.<\/p>\n<p>Ros assenyala que hi ha hagut una molt bona acollida dels pictogrames per part de les fam\u00edlies i sobretot dels infants. \u201cEls infants entenen millor a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;enfrontaran a trav\u00e9s dels dibuixos i es deixen fer millor les t\u00e8cniques, hi ha una millor col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3\u201d, apunta. \u201cDe fet \u2014recorda\u2014, recentment, va haver-hi un noi al qual hav\u00edem de fer un frotis a la boca que, veient el dibuix, se\u2019l va voler fer ell mateix.\u201d Al seu torn, Fern\u00e1ndez, destaca com, a trav\u00e9s dels pictogrames, s\u2019aconsegueix \u201cun ambient m\u00e9s dist\u00e8s i una visita m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica\u201d. \u201cNo vas tan de pressa fent l\u2019exploraci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 t\u2019entretens m\u00e9s amb les explicacions i els dibuixos, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 els infants i les fam\u00edlies tamb\u00e9 ho agraeixen; tot plegat \u00e9s com un joc i molt menys traum\u00e0tic\u201d, afegeix.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe vegades els infants no saben com dir-nos alguna cosa i s\u2019ajuden dels dibuixos que posem al seu abast\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ara-body-title\"><strong>Afavorir la comunicaci\u00f3 i la confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Durant la visita el Joel es mostra atent en tot moment a les explicacions de les infermeres que l\u2019atenen.
