S\u00f3n aquestes habilitats les que es posen en funcionament quan aprenem.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, estils d\u2019aprenentatge i funcions executives estan intr\u00ednsecament relacionades, ja que tots dos influeixen com les persones processen, organitzen i apliquen la informaci\u00f3. Els estils d\u2019aprenentatge descriuen les prefer\u00e8ncies individuals en adquirir coneixements (visual, auditiu, etc.), mentre que les funcions executives, com la mem\u00f2ria de treball o la flexibilitat cognitiva, s\u00f3n processos mentals que faciliten l\u2019aprenentatge efica\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Comprendre com s\u2019apr\u00e8n \u00e9s fonamental per ensenyar de manera efica\u00e7 \u2013i aprendre de manera duradora\u2013.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desenvolupament de les funcions executives<\/h2>\n<p>Tot i que es considera que les funcions executives s\u00f3n\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dialnet.unirioja.es\/servlet\/articulo?codigo=9130981\">la mem\u00f2ria de treball, la inhibici\u00f3 d\u2019est\u00edmuls, la planificaci\u00f3, la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes i la flexibilitat cognitiva<\/a>, hi ha una capacitat \u00edntimament relacionada amb totes: la capacitat d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/dialnet.unirioja.es\/servlet\/articulo?codigo=4692396\">atenci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tant un alumne que tingui m\u00e9s facilitat aprendre de manera visual com un altre que sigui millor revisant text escrit, la seva efic\u00e0cia en l\u2019aprenentatge dependr\u00e0 de la capacitat que tinguin per organitzar aquesta informaci\u00f3 i que siguin capa\u00e7os d\u2019aplicar-la m\u00e9s tard a ex\u00e0mens, proves o exercicis en el dia a dia dependr\u00e0 de funcions executives com la planificaci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria de treball o del control inhibitori per concentrar-se en all\u00f2 rellevant.<\/p>\n<p>El desenvolupament equilibrat d\u201faquestes habilitats pot potenciar qualsevol estil d\u201faprenentatge. Un bon desenvolupament d\u2019aquestes funcions executives ens permet resoldre problemes i prendre decisions i adaptar-nos a diferents contextos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre aquestes, podem considerar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 el proc\u00e9s previ imprescindible perqu\u00e8 funcioni la mem\u00f2ria de treball, que \u00e9s la funci\u00f3 m\u00e9s important per aprendre.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com entrenem la mem\u00f2ria de treball i l\u2019atenci\u00f3?<\/h2>\n<p>Entrenar la mem\u00f2ria de treball (i tamb\u00e9 l\u2019atenci\u00f3) no implica, com pensem sovint, intentar memoritzar i retenir en el temps una s\u00e8rie de noms o una explicaci\u00f3 o definici\u00f3 determinades.<\/p>\n<p>La mem\u00f2ria de treball el que fa \u00e9s processar la informaci\u00f3 que ens arriba perqu\u00e8 la puguem emmagatzemar. M\u00e9s que repetir, les estrat\u00e8gies que ens permeten millorar-la s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jugar amb els n\u00fameros que tenim al nostre voltant: tel\u00e8fons, matr\u00edcules, dies de mes.<\/li>\n<li>Repetir els n\u00fameros que diuen altres persones en ordre invers.<\/li>\n<li>Dur a terme c\u00e0lcul mental.<\/li>\n<li>Fer jocs amb paraules: que comencin amb una lletra o s\u00edl\u00b7laba, que acabin amb una en concret, encadenar paraules, ordenar-les alfab\u00e8ticament.<\/li>\n<li>Jocs que impliquin fer parelles d\u2019imatges amb targetes cap per avall tipus\u00a0<em>Memory<\/em>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li>Activitats que impliquin fer s\u00e8ries, seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i ordenar qualsevol grup de coses segons el color, la mida o un altre atribut.<\/li>\n<li>Repetir els gestos que fa una altra persona.<\/li>\n<li>Tots els passatemps: trobar les difer\u00e8ncies entre dues imatges, sopes de lletres, laberints, sudokus, autodefinits, mots encreuats, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Dur a terme una tasca complint una condici\u00f3, com ara no poder dir una paraula o no poder passar per un lloc.<\/li>\n<li>Posar subt\u00edtols en veure un v\u00eddeo o televisi\u00f3. Barrejar activitats que impliquin llegir i escoltar.<\/li>\n<li>Fer llistes i recordar-les.<\/li>\n<li>Trencaclosques i puzles.<\/li>\n<li>Fer jocs amb cartes.
