Cal coordinaci\u00f3 entre professorat i educadors\/es en el lleure per tal que el tutor o la tutora conegui gran part dels conflictes que poden haver sorgit i dinamitzi la rotllana perqu\u00e8 aquests problemes aflorin per tal de buscar entre tots i totes una soluci\u00f3. Es tracta d&#8217;una rutina que pot evitar que hi hagi problemes enquistats i perllongats en el temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role playing:<\/strong>\u00a0Una proposta per treballar, especialment amb infants m\u00e9s petits, pot ser representant el conflicte amb ninots, o fins i tot recreant l&#8217;escena tal qual ha passat. \u00c9s important que l&#8217;alumnat (en boca del ninot) expliqui com s&#8217;ha sentit en aquest moment i tots dos personatges arribin a una soluci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torns de paraules:<\/strong>\u00a0Una din\u00e0mica amb torns preestablerts i frases que cal repetir per tal de respectar el torn de paraula i aprendre a validar els sentiments de l&#8217;altra persona.<\/p>\n<p>Com es pot dur a terme?<\/p>\n<p>1. Plantejant el conflicte<\/p>\n<p>2. Tots dos han d&#8217;estar d&#8217;acord amb el fet que volen arribar a una soluci\u00f3 i li pregunta a l&#8217;altre quin en primer lloc com se sent i quin \u00e9s el seu punt de vista. Hi ha d&#8217;haver una escolta activa sense interrompre. Abans que hi hagi una resposta aquest infant haur\u00e0 de fer un resum utilitzant la frase: Si t&#8217;he ent\u00e8s b\u00e9, et sents&#8230;. , perqu\u00e8&#8230;. i t&#8217;agradaria&#8230;.<br \/>\nUna vegada finalitzada aquesta exposici\u00f3 per part d&#8217;una persona l&#8217;altra tamb\u00e9 explica el seu punt de vista utilitzant el mateix m\u00e8tode.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ara s&#8217;intercanvien els papers i es repeteix el punt 2.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pluja d&#8217;idees buscant una soluci\u00f3 acceptable. S&#8217;acorda una data de revisi\u00f3 del conflicte i s&#8217;agraeix a l&#8217;altra persona haver compartit els seus sentiments i punt de vista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La roda de les opcions:<\/strong>\u00a0Una proposta per tenir sempre en un lloc visible qu\u00e8 es pot fer quan apareix un conflicte.<\/p>\n<p>Com es pot dur a terme?<\/p>\n<p>1. Es fa una pluja d&#8217;idees amb l&#8217;alumnat de tot all\u00f2 que es pot fer quan apareix un conflicte, en forma de mural, amb dibuixos, retallant paraules&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>2. S&#8217;enganxen totes aquestes idees a un cercle de cartolina (proposem fer triangles perqu\u00e8 cadasc\u00fa tingui el seu espai. 1 triangle = 1 alumne\/a).<\/p>\n<p>3. Es penja el mural a un lloc visible de tal manera que quan hi hagi un conflicte es pugui resoldre utilitzant les eines que hi ha a dintre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEI (Tutoria Entre Iguals):<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.programatei.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Un programa de prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assetjament escolar\u00a0<\/a>que pot servir tamb\u00e9 per resoldre conflictes.
